I think "Bone in Rib Eye" is a misnomer.

BTW: That crackly lining on the gut side of the rib bone is quite enjoyable and tasty.

I find it sad when people grind brisket or short ribs to make burgers. But as many people will tell you america doesn’t have so much an eating problem as a cooking problem.
