eh? I don’t see any mention of the UK on that site. All the contact details are in Illinois.

Just as a matter of interest Jeppe, what would someone be using Yuzu puree for in large quantities in the UK? I’m aware of it in paste, end various other forms, for cooking. And a bit of googling comes up with some specialist Japanese stores that have juice (at a price) and, maybe sometimes, fresh fruit. But, if it’s only going to be for processing into foodstuffs on a large scale basis, I don’t think there are any companies doing that in the UK. Everything I’ve ever seen in Japanese shops here gives every appearance of having been imported "as is" rather than produced in the UK. Which is one of the reasons why everything Japanes is so expensive here. That and the fact that the majority of Japanese living here are business people on expense accounts.

If Yuzu puree is used for making anything else other than processing into Japanese food products, and something that is made in the UK, then I guess there may be a better chance of tracking some down.
