This is a typical bar. Dark and smoky, with a concrete floor and a battered and crowded bar. The wait staff is reasonably prompt, but completely useless with any questions about beer. The bartender had to dig around in the cooler to tell me what they had. What they had was not much. The usual pickings of macrobrews on tap and in bottles. The bright spot is the meager selection of craft beer. They only have a handful to choose from, but they are great beers. Judging by how the bartender had to dig, I doubt anyone ever orders them. The food is normal bar food. Burgers and wings, but nothing special. All of it, including the beer, is well priced.
Not a bad bar, but if you’re looking for a quality beer bar, you’re in the wrong place.
