Upscale feeling, lively atmosphere in evenings, while you can still hear yourself think. Fully stocked bar, enthusatic workers, lively atmosphere. Phillips LCDs adorn wood walls with copper bar ceilings. Fox News plays wo/sound. Fully exposed brewery, gleams with polished SS. Centered around high ceilings and fireplace, 5SN has a ski lodge/organic eatery/brewpub feel. Very nice location, beer, and food, prices are on the high end of the brewpub price range.
Huge place, brewery though is kind of tucked away and seems more like a restaurant then a brewpub. Service was great and food wasnt bad. Beer was decent, didnt go through all the beers, two I had were very drinkable.
A very nice facility, as are all three locations. Large, granite topped bar. Central 360 degree fireplace. ( beers on tap, with 4 high gravity and high priced brews. High end food that is reasonably priced for the quality. friendly stoff.
The beers I have had here are outstanding, and their food is very good. Have a few with dinner! Located on Old Milton just a few blocks east of Georgia 400, this place is easy to find and has ample parking. The main room is open with a high ceiling, but it can still be cozy and intimate. It includes a bar area, a number of tables and booths, and couch-like seating around a fireplace. Two rooms upstairs can accommodate meetings or private parties. Worth visiting time and again; I hope MARTA finally opens a rail station in this area!
Revisted again in 6/14 after about seven years. Really showing its age, sloppy appearance, dusty exposed beams, orders full of mistakes, servers not really knowing what is going on. Beer is still pretty solid, but of the three 5 Season, this one comes in third. Original Rating This place looks very familiar....used to be a Buckhead Brewery which is a defunct chain that actually started in Tallahassee believe it or not. Lots of exposed wood beam, fireplaces, stone etc. Very comfortable. Same excellent food as the regular 5 Seasons - moderately expensive but worth it - I recommend the Organic Salmon. Had about 8 on tap - 5 on the menu and 3 more if you ask for them. All above par. The Espresso Stout which was on cask was outstanding. Service friendly and energetic. Highly recommended.
Nice interior, with a lot of wooden beams and open areas. The servers are friendly, but often seem unknowledgeable or uninterested in the beer. The tap list is limited, and focuses inordinately on lighter beers. I wish I had delved into the vintage beers. The food always looks delicious, but I canít bring myself to pay for it. The food is expensive, but the beer is relatively well priced, and they offer short pours. Overall, this is a nice brewpub, and worth a visit, although Iíd recommend Hop Alley, Cherry Street, or even 5 Seasons Prado first.
Nice open bar area. Tables galore. TVís at the bar. 5 beers on tap. Server was busy but good. She was asking questions about beer styles from a guy behind the bar. Food looked good but we had no food. What ever you do donít cut through Alpharetta from I 75 go down to 285 then up,

Cool place, very nice on the inside. Staff was very attentive. Food was pretty expensive for what you got. $11 for a burger that looked like it was a frozen, pre formed patty. $7 for a 10 oz. smoked saison. $24 including tip for a burger, sub side salad for fries and one beer. Too rich for my blood.
Visited again and it was a touch better. they got my food order wrong and i didít question it, so its my own fault. The beers are good but expensive. Cheapest pint is $5.50. It seems to be in an affluent area so I guess it makes sense.
A good edition to the 5 Seasons chain. This location is kind of secluded, well for Atlanta. Crawford, formerly of Dogwood, is the brewer and he does a good job as usual. Just like the prado location, the food is more on the snooty side. So if you arent in the mood for $20 meals eat elsewhere but for beers check it out!
A great place to go. They brew their own and have seasonal selections. The menu doesnít change too often, but they use locallly sourced ingredients and everything is very well done. A very nice place to go.
