Brewpub in the center of the city.
Vending machine with beer at the entrance.

Nice brew restaurant with only 7 beers.
Average minus service. Good food.
Their beers are pretty decent, but it is only 7 of them and all geman stile - nothing especial. They not doing taster tray as well..
Beer is quiet okay, food as well. But the service is underwhelming.

A typical place, but already at the entrance, you see its beer vending machine which is quite an attraction. Service is very fast and very friendly, unusual for Vienna. Beers are decent enough (their Märzen is superb for the style), food is solid and everything is quite affordable.
Beautiful and spacious place, nice atmosphere. Big biergarten outside, which was crowded so we took a seat at the bar inside. Service is fast and friendly, but don’t expect an in-depth conversation about the beers. About the beer selection, some were good, some were a bit mediocre. I liked the beer machine at the entrance.
Talk about a great setup. Amazing kettles right behind the bar. It was beautiful to see all the shine. The service was great and the people were very fun. I met a couple guys in town from Poland we had a great time together.
Visited July 2015. Beautiful and vast place full of nooks, a gallery floor and a garden, but I chose to sit on the bar, under the pretty glass dome. It was July, it’s in Vienna, it was bloody hot. Staff is friendly and helpful and taps consist of several regular beers and some seasonals. Proper serving, and I wish I wasn’t a tacky ratebeerian, because then I would’ve ordered their awesome Bamberger Rauchbier, but alas, tomer shared it at a tasting not too long ago.
Do yourself a favour and opt for table or the garden, because it really is a beautiful place.
