A nice brewpub in Jacksonville. It is located in a large industrial building featuring lots of open space, a long bar, plenty of tables, and a couple of back rooms. We ended up sitting in one of the back rooms which had 2 long benches and a TV and we happened to have the room mostly to ourselves. They have a bunch of taps - lots of different styles to choose from and a few unique higher gravity stuff. They also have a small number of guest taps. I tried a coffee brown, regular brown, saison, and black IPA. All were solid, above-average offerings. Overall, great beer, chill place, definitely worth a stop.

This is my favorite spot in Jacksonville to grab a great locally brewed beer. Itís located in San Marco with plenty of parking. The building itself is an old ice house from the 1930ís which has been beautifully renovated. There is tons of exposed brick with a good amount of tables and bar space. Thereís also an outdoor seating area which is perfect on a nice day and itís dog friendly. Aesthetics aside, the beer is great. I have never been disappointed by their beer. I recently had their Early Bird Special Breakfast Stout. It is loaded with cinnamon and it reminded me of a cinnamon bun. Probably one of my favorite beers , ever. Overall this is a fun place to check out and enjoy some great brews.

nice location; nice building; plenty of parking; large tap room. We went for the first time last night and it was packed with people. Very impressive. Oh and forgot to mention, beer is excellent as well.

Fun little brewery. We were on a one day tour of the Jax brew scene (and hiatus from kids) and stopped here first. The bar area is a really nice - warehouse brick industrial look. We were there right when they opened at 3pm - so canít speak to how it gets when crowded. Ended up trying a sample of everything they had (12 different I think). They were all consistently good. Nothing truly spectacular yet, but would definitely keep an eye on their brews if I lived in the area. Overall a pretty sweet setup.

Visited here on a mid-Saturday afternoon in January í14. Old converted Utility building on the edge of downtown, has kind of an industrial retro feel to it. Big giant signs tell you exactly what is on tap - about a dozen or so of their own and about six guest taps. Flights are available for $2 per 4 oz which is good for those looking to rack up a few rates, Beer was pretty solid - not outstanding or too boundary stretching. Friendly, prompt service and the employees seemed to really enjoy working there. I will be back.

This old warehouse was beautifully renovated and well adapted for a public venue. They have their own brews plus a well selected number of guest beers.

Subject to change:
Overall impression, nice clean place. Its a nice old building redone into what it really at this point in time is a bar. The feel of the place is open and airy, but frankly, too modern and bland.
A very sterile feel to the place in front. IMHO they need to break the ceiling up some, the place has all the character of a school cafeteria or tile showroom, lol.
It really needs some acoustic work done.
Good points, Nice long bar. Nice signs of beer list. Very nice clean bathrooms, Great parking lot.
Private room in back. Decent beer list quantity wise and line up wise there was a few things different that it made it interesting.
We got there at opening, but there were folks already in the back, while its marked private, they seemed friendly back there. Still I wanted to sit at bar at first to get a feel for the place. I liked the place allot when it was slow. Frankly there is nothing to do but drink and if your lucky talk. Now days sadly so many live on their phones. they had music playing in background. They had setup for a corporate party..
So is the place awesome? humm.
Compared to the rest in town, yes. Its got lots of room, but its gets NOISY! I do not want to say much negative about it, I want to visit again and drink in the back.
oh heck some negatives, aluminum bar seats are HORRIBLE. ok industrial theme I get it, not comfortable after 1.5 hours...The place is a great grab a beer and wait out the traffic rush, in the front area that is the feel I get. Noisy when it gets crowded.
A: its not cozy
Q: beer was good, still it gave me a headache, thatís a bad sign.
S: at the bar and no1 there well it better be great, it got crowded not so much. No worse than any other place in town.
Sel: ok here is where I know your new, but its a brewery not a bar right? or is it a bar?
F: they do not sell food, but like all other you can order in, and this place is located near more place than most.
V: well I think their prices are well a tad pricey. frankly. YMMV
O: nice place so far.

Visited during RBWG 2013. Great place. The aesthetic is something like industrial-chic: lots of exposed brick, high ceilings, metal, minimal dťcor; I quite liked it. The beers were excellent. The place had several sours for us to try during our visit, which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Should I make it back to Jacksonville this place will be high on my list of places to visit.

One of the stops for RBWG... not quite open yet for brewing, but will be open shortly as a bar. This is the best looking and nicest bar/brewery/anything in Jacksonville. Holy crap this place is awesome. The owner(s) is(are) awesome, the brewer is awesome, the brewery is awesome, and the beers are awesome. This will definitely become a must stop in Jacksonville, no joke. Keep your eyes peeled in the next week or two...
Update: They are now open and this place is awesome. This is a must stop on your trip to Jax. Currently doing 10-gal pilot batches, but full batches soon to come.

I really enjoyed my visit here during the RBWG 2013. Theyíve done a very nice job with their interior and the bar. New, bright, welcoming. Female staff is certainly easy on the eyes and they know their craft beer. Canít wait for this place to officially open its doors and also canít wait for them to start brewing beer they can sell. The selection is currently minimal, but the quality is sky high. I hate driving 4 hours north to Jacksonville, but Iíll do it once or twice a year once this place is open and churning out quality beers.
