Part of a large chain that is found throughout Florida - and one of several in Tallahassee - this one seems to have the largest selection. Nothing rare or hard to find here - your typical German/British/Belgian commons and most are sold as singles. Better selection than your average grocery store though. Sadly, few US micros though. Has a large selection of gourmet snacks such as cheese, meats, crackers and condiments. Walk in cigar humidor is nice. Not a beer geek’s paradise by any means, but if you are going to go to an ABC while you are in Tallahassee, this is the one to hit.

Of the two ABC’s I went to this one is better. Good selection. If you need something its worth your time.

Its ABC, you know what to expect. Cheap products, old dusty beer and believe it or not good service. I don’t know if it was an off day or they hired someone new, but he knew what he was talking about. It doesn’t change the fact that there was a very limited selection though.

There is a fairly standard selection of micros in every ABC I’ve been to in FL. There are some regional brews that only they seem to carry - but they aren’t exactly hunting down the highly rated or hard to find. Usually only stop here when I’m in a pinch.

No one seemed to be able to help me, but It was expected in a liquor store chain. 6-packs were generally moderate to minimal, mostly the obvious american micros with a few recognizeable belgiums. Bombers section has a few goodies, but nothing rare. Great place to pick up Pumpkin beer once the rest of Tallahassee runs out!

I’m new to Tallahassee, but I drove by this place and had been to an ABC FW&S before, so I thought I’d stop in, remembering they have decent stuff. The ambiance was about what you’d expect - typical decent liquor store... the downside was the drunk borderline hobos sitting on the bench outside chugging Steele Reserve and smoking - but that’s Tally’s fault, not ABC’s. The service was alright - the folks were young and not all that knowledgeable about beer, but they were helpful when I had questions, and seemed to know where most things were. The prices were average to slightly high in most cases on beer, spirits, and wine. As for selection - the beer selection is... okay. Not bad for a college town where the biggest seller is probably kegs of light beers, but nothing impressive. They do have a rather large selection of wine and spirits including a large "wine cellar," etc., but this is a beer site after all.

I was pleased with the selection overall for a college city who can’t even hve their own brewpub? There were two stores in close distance to my father-in-laws, so I made trips to both. Since I am not usually stateside it was refreshing to get few well know US beers like Rogue. They also carried some imports. The store is a bit disorganized since I accidently broke a bottle of wine with my pant leg, who puts boxes at that level? Help was subpar at best.

if you can get past the employees that will confuse a stout with a bottle of wine the selection is mediocre for the area. i mean its a college town what do you expect. anyway they got a handfull of ROGUE’S, GREAT DIVIDE, and a some other decent beers, of course not cooled but still sitting on those black wire shelfs in the back

ABC. What can I say this place has a better than average selection of beers for an ABC. Some of the staff seem to know what they are talking about. Store is usually kinda messy and the whole people pulling out beers and putting them in the wrong place or incomplete six packs is almost ignored. Prices are medium no insane deals here. Liquor loft is across the street though sooooo........

This is an ok spot for a few decent beers, but the service sucks. Meh.
