Finally stopped in here after years of living in MSP. Cool place with lots of draft choices. I never make it down this way because I always seem to end up at Town Hall but this is a good beer spot and shouldn’t be overlooked. Didn’t try any food but will be back.

Bar in the West Bank area. 28 taps, 37 bottled beers, two ciders. Beers range from local to regional to national to imports. 70-some seats and 10 places at the bar. 4-oz. flights available: local brews on draft are six for $8; national beers are six for $10; imports are six for $15. Sometimes good specials. We had six generous samplers of Great Lakes beers for $6. Typical pub grub on the menu. Good, friendly atmosphere. Kind of a loud college-alternative sort of place. Highly recommended.

Quite a small place on the weekend with a little stage for live music. They had quite a large tap list and I was able to try the Delirium, which was $10. They also had ST Creme Brulee on tap, I would like to come back to try a few other beers.

Stopped here 5/9/12 for dinner. It seemed like a slow night but sitting at the bar I had great service. The atmosphere was dark and comfortable for a pub, it probably get crowded in a good way on the weekends. The tap selection is constantly changing from week to week but I’m told they try to focus on having many local beers and minimum two Surly taps. Most of the beers were mid range drinkers, nothing too rare or extreme. The Fish and Chips were good and the fresh cut fries were delicious.

This is a smaller corner bar, live music at times. Good beer selection ranging in areas. I was impressed to walk in the other night and see Odell Bourbon Barrel Stout on tap. Nice place, I’d gladly stop by again.

A bit dive-bar feel to this place, but nicely laid back and approachable. The draft list was really nice - several Surly options, St. Bernardus, Duvel. The burgers were pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. This place was not quite as busy, so it was a little easier to hear yourself talk compared to other busy places in the area. This place is definitely worth a stop.

Great beer selection. Friendly staff. Love their nachos. Often have live music. Love their beer and beast specialties. They frequently have beer events that are fun to go to. Have had several cask beers there. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products both food and beverage.

Nice place. Stamped tin ceiling. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Wood bar, terrazo floor, 24 taps with one root beer. Lots of Belgians, micros, and regional beers. Food and brewerian art. Spiral ceiling ductwork. No matched glassware. Has a full service bar with whiskey, wine, licquer, other liquors. Solid lineup of 28 taps with no macros... Lots of premium taps with a couple super-premium. Server allowed for a sample or two before choosing the right pour. Proper glassware and appropriate serving size. Sandwich was great, fries were amazing. If I lived in the area, this would be a constant lunchtime spot.

A decent, if mostly static tap selection and some good bar food. The bar staff has always been very professional and friendly. The products are very expensive. I heard they may have stopped asking cover for bands, but I’ve had very bad experiences with being harassed for a cover charge to listen to whatever band happened to be playing that night.
