Visited on Friday 7th November straight after arriving at SEATAC from LHR, about a 15 minute drive, thanks to Ferris for the wheels.
The place is situated in an industrial unit off a main road. It’s slightly offset and wasn’t that easy to spot in the dark.
A small taproom but doing a good trade at 5pm when we arrived, in fact all tables were taken (about 6 or 7 of them) and we stood alongside a side shelf with stools.
The place is pretty no frills, nothing of note, the tasting room is not in amongst the brewery just a seprate unit at the front.
8 beers on tap, plus another 3 available to take away.
I was really impressed with the beers here, particularly the IPA’s and session IPA, best beers of the day compared to the next 4 brewpubs we visited.
No small tasters but you can get an 8oz pour on all beers to aid the rating game, cost $3.
The only food I recall were bags of nuts from behind the bar.
The girls behind the bar were a cheery pair.
Not a place you’d want to hang out for too long but worth a stop if in the area for some tasty hop juice.

A little hole in the wall in an industrial park, seating is limited and a bit cramped. Service was OK, but it is too busy to be efficient and no tasters, smallest is 8oz. Selection was decent and their own but very hop heavy. No food and prices were OK. All the makings of a skip it, BUT beer is pretty good. IPA’s are very solid, a bit of a gem in my book.

A great place to bring some good food, have great beer, and enjoy very interesting conversation.

We actually went to the Bistro location.
Kind of hidden away on a side street, but well worth the search.
We were greeted by a freindly bartender and the chef as we sat at the bar. All kinds of local history and beer knowledge.
Great tap list, 4 ouf their own and at least 6 other guest taps from other local smaller breweries.
We got a great flatbread for a late afternoon snack.
Worth the visist if you are even close.

Stopped by saw the tap room and brewery. They look awesome. The new brewery is going to be awesome and the tap room is a great place for some terrific brews.

Attended the kickoff tasting on March 11th and tried the Honey Blonde, Chocolate Stout, and ESB. All were tasty and sessionable at ~6% ABV.
Beer was poured by owners Alex & Jameson from appropriately-themed Boeing 747 exit door handles that have been converted to tap handles. The airways theme continues its extension throughout the tasting room, which includes airplane artwork (with more to come, Alex tells me) and the television screen, which featured what appeared to be a documentary on Alaska Airlines. There was a good crowd for opening night, but the space handled the crowd well. Though the IPA ran out during the event, we were assured there’d be more the following week...will have to return to try that. I also hear that Jameson brews a great Kolsch.
