This is a small bar just outside Fells Point in Canton, and has the typical harbor town feel. The beer selection is good, though nothing extraordinary and the taps have a local slant. The food is pretty good, albeit greasy. The sloppy tots are a nice accompaniment to any of their sandwiches, and the Krispy Kreme doughnut bread pudding is a nice finale, for two that is.

Visited in September 2014. Lively bar with a decent beer range - there was a He’brew promotion on. I ate the meatballs with pasta, which was tasty and cheap. Barmaid was friendly and efficient. A good bar.

Cool place. Small bar, looked like 8 taps or so. Mostly local stuff, heavy seas, brewers art, victory and some other decent stuff followed by macro choices. Nothing that will knock your socks off but still respectable. We had a fairly large group so we sat at a table. Server was friendly and fast. There were only two girls working the entire room but they were good and seemed to share tables. Every one thought the food was really good and reasonably priced. Overall no complaints here at all. I know every one said maxs has a better selection which is true but Ale Marys food and service is better,

Small place, long and narrow. Decent service, nice food. Mostly macro beer and a few local choices. Go to Max’s. Seriously.

Small bar seats 10-12, maybe another 10 tables inside, the four outside fill fast and are one of the few options in the city for people watching. Small, mediocre tap list, half of the beers are macro swill, decent pasta. Staff is very laid back, will sit and talk late on a Friday. Nice, but the close proximity to Max’s hurts it. Much more chill than Max’s though, especially on the weekends.

Great small joint atmosphere! Limited beer selection, but between the drafts and the bottles, have plenty for any beer lovers taste buds. Food is incredible. Has something for ever type of appetite! Lite fare, sandwiches, full meals, daily specials, and the deserts.....WOW! Great place for individual, simple date night, or family meal. The staff is the best. They make you feel like you are part of the place. The owners are hands on, and will make you visit one to enjoy!

I was planning on going to Alwife but mistakenly told the cab driver Ale Mary. Two good names. After Pratt and Max’s I was somewhat disappointed that there was not more new beers to me. Nice atmosphere and the late breakfast was tasty.

Only a few drafts available which are above average. Nothing too amazing on draft when I was there. Not far from Max’s -- so I guess if Max’s is too crowded you could lay low here for a while. Interesting religious decorations all about.

A great place to go in and get a beer, or eat a meal. Has some rare and exquisite craft brews on tap. Their beer selection is small in quantity, but the rarities and the goodness of the beer makes up for it two-fold. Their food is EXCELLENT. I cant sing enough praise of their food.

not the biggest selection, but what was there was pretty good and was particularly pleased to find Nugget Nectar on tap - Mmmmmm
