Popped in here on a Baltimore pub crawl. Newish looking, polished place with a good number of taps. Not quite as interesting a list as Max’s but some good stuff here. A little far from other good beer destinations and the street outside is a little on the sketchy side.

Been a few times while in Baltimore for events. Nice interior with a bunch of tables and a small bar, never too busy the times I’ve gone. Very nice draft list and a good bottle list. Decent prices. Food is mostly great. Bartenders are mostly friendly and attentive, though at times it can take a bit to get their attention. Definitely a spot I’d return to when I’m in the area.

Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. 40 taps full of a good rotation of craft brews with a good regional selection. Service at the bar was excellent. Prices seemed a little high for the beers but not unreasonable. Went back a second time and ordered food. The menu was not extensive, but had some unique items and everything that was ordered by my group was excellent.

A cool beer bar in downtown Baltimore. Pretty east to find on North Eutaw street a few blocks up from Camden Yards. Big space, looks like a converted bank. Plenty of tables, decent sized bar. We didn’t eat, but the menu is decent sized and it’s mostly pub food. 40 or so taps, 60 or so bottles. Everything on the tap list was well curated. Bottle list was the same. Slightly higher prices than you may pay elsewhere, but it’s worth it. The night I was in, it was pretty quiet. Good vibe. I bet this gets busy on game days. We’ll definitely stop in again.

This is a fantastic place, though it was crowded every time I stopped in. About 40 beers on tap, though a few were out. Numbers of rarer things that I’ve not seen elsewhere. Food was good and service was fast. The bartender knew beer and that was nice. Great place and a great atmosphere, though slightly hipster.

20 nov 2013. Great place. 20-30 craft taps including some special limited releases. Food was great, as was service. Prices were a little high for Baltimore but still less than what I pay in California.

Medium sized bar with plenty of table seating. Very uncrowded on the Friday evening I went. The tap list is average, lots of readily available stuff, but a few interesting selections. The food was a touch on the expensive side, but really good, so I left feeling like a got my money’s worth.

Visited July 2011.
It was an interesting drive down here from Brewers Art. When you make this trip you end up going through some slightly run down looking neighborhoods but Alewife is a bit past all that. Inside is a large room with a lot of tables and a long bar that wraps around on one side. Plenty of taps to be had. They did give out plenty of samples to pick from and I found some good ones. The food looked good but I wasn’t hungry. Prices were good, so was the service, and even the clientele were friendly people.

Very cool bar and atmosphere, chalk board draft menu has the usual craft beer items, some nice surprises.. Hop Betty martini was nice, and the smoked burger is great! Easy place before an O’s Game!
