Bare bones little brewery. Nice setting up in the desert mountains. Bottles and growlers for sale. Small samples available for $1.00. One of the staff was extremely friendly and conversational... the younger of the two, not so much. No tables or chairs... just a brewery with a great little Mexican restaurant next door. Bought my wife and I a growler of their Duet IPA and took it next door, sat down at one of the four tables and enjoyed killer Mexican food with our beer! Oh... and there were a couple barrels of Alpineís new imperial stout aging to the left of the front door. Canít wait to try that!

Easy to miss as you drive past...selling fresh growlers and bottles to go...the staff was super friendly and the growler of Puer Hoppiness was nice too!

Classic micro-brewery with a small tasting room for a store front. Friendly, talkative folks. Sample the beers, then fill your growler or buy a keg to go. Their bottled beers are available here and at the local Alpine liquor stores.

Love this place! Small little shack, really, tucked into Alpine, CA. The folks here are very nice and will tell you gladly about all things Alpine. When I was there, they had some Russian Imperial Stout aging in Whiskey Barrels.

Little old style building off of a busy street. A few people in there sampling some brews when I went in. Quick service. Nice little place. Pretty easy to find. All of the brews and prices are up on a board.

If Iím ever driving out east on the I-8, and Iím not going rock climbing, chances are that Iím driving to this place. One of my favorites breweries to visit in all of southern California. Very quaint little placed situated near the heart of Alpine. You get a totally cozy feeling walking into this place, which isnít much bigger than your standard apartment. Just a few tanks and barrels with equipment stashed in between. Maybe not your best-organized brewery, but I like it that way! Tiny tasting bar and Iíve never had a problem with service. Sean is a really friendly guy and shares info about brewing. Pure Hoppiness, Exponential and Nelson are damn tasty right from the source! Seasonals and rarities occasionally on tap. Why not stop at Liarís right after? Great little place.

I know what toncatcher was talking about below. You seem to have to grill them about information on their beers. They had a great selection on tap when I was there, I think about 10 different brews! Pretty cool little place, service needs a little work.

Stopped by today to check things out and see about picking up a few bottles and maybe a growler. The place seemed nice and cozy, however the staff was very rude when i asked a few questions about their upcoming offerings. I love their beer but was very offended by the service and the attitude. By the way I left without making any purchases.

The best place to try Alpine beers. Their beers seem to taste much better here. Very knowledgable staff, you would expect from a brewery. The brewery is half 55-gallon casks, and half brewing equipement. All crammed into a small place, which makes itís very interesting.
