A fine location in the backyard of the world-famous rococco church of Vierzehnheiligen; You’ll have a fine look from the beergarden to the church-towers; the Gaststätte itself is a bit run-down and dim, even by franconian standards; but that doesn’t matter, the beer is excellent. The atmosphere is unique. On top of a steep hill next to a monastery. Very crowded. You have to get the beer at the "theke", where the service is a bit grumpy, but the beers are good. Worth a visit because of the unique location.
