Impossible not to like this place. Really good beers, really good pizza. Atmosphere is big and bright yet cozy. Perfect place for any kind of Burlington day.

When I visited: Late May 2013. What I had: Zero Gravity Black Cat Porter and T.L.A. India Pale Ale on tap, two Evolution Salads, Punctuated Equilibrium Flatbread to split, several white wines for my girlfriend. What I liked: Wonderfully warm atmosphere, lots of privacy at our four-seater booth, superb food, efficient service, beers are above average in quality, very good pint prices ($5 full, $3 half), they brew a wide range of styles, serve cask ale, and have a small but respectable cider and mead selection. What I disliked: Our waiter could have been a little friendlier, but he smiled and brought everything to the table quickly so it wasn’t that big of an issue. Would I go back? Definitely. Flatbread has pretty much everything I expect from a great brewpub. Overall Rating: 90

Literally stumbled across this place while walking around the farmer’s market (to those not from Burlington...they have one really large and great farmer’s market here). I went in and on the bartender’s recommendation had the house specialty...flatbread pizza. It was very good but not as good as the "Flatbread Company" (no "American" in the name) in eastern New England. The Zero Gravity beers were very good. I would not say great...but very good with a couple of standouts. For me this place is a little overated on RateBeer. I think The Farmhouse Tap & Grill is much better...but any craftbeer trip to Burlington should include a visit to both so you can decide for yourself. I do recommend this place in spite of my rating the other a bit higher.

Stopped in for lunch at the bar. Nice cozy chill atmosphere. Bartender was awesome. Hooked us up with some swag and suggestions on other places to check out. Tried a bunch of the brewpub beers (Zero Gravity). Out of all the local brew pub beers I thought these were some of the best I tried. Also the sausage flat bread was killer.

Sat at bad to try few of their Zero beers. Even that they were busy they took their time to answer my questions. I love the smoke aroma of flatbreads. Beers I had were solid. Nice spot.
