Seulement 4 bières en fût à notre passage, tous très acceptable. Bien situé dans la route des brasseries, à voir.

Another cool brewery, along with Kernel and Brew by Numbers, nestled under the old rail ties southeast of the main ring of London. Worth the trip out for sure. Staff was probably the friendliest of these three places, and the beer was solid, particularly the porter. Definitely worth going if you’re in the area.

Visited the 11th September 2015 - Good place on the Bermondsey Beer Area, just a few meters from the Bottle Shop. Nice place really friendly and casual. Staff is friendly. Selection is made with 8 taps and for £3 you will have 2/3 pint. Very pleasant ambiance and not so crowded. I really enjoy this place and I will be back for sure.

Quite nice place, part of the Bernmondsey Mile. Serve a quite wide range of their own beers, and taps are swtiched quite often. Worth a visit.

UPDATE: This brewery is now only the home to Anspach & Hobday, as Bullfinch has become a gypsy brewer.

A simple taproom setup. There are a few tables and a rudimentary bar. They usually have 3+ A&H beers on tap or in bottle, plus an additional couple from Bullfinch. The beers range in quality from so so to very good. The prices here are a bit high compared to the other breweries in Bermondsey. Worth checking out.

Visited plenty of times during a Saturday Bermondsey pilgrimage. A couple of arches down from the Bottle Shop pretty much at the western end of the Bermondsey crawl this place has got better. Bullfinch don’t feature any more and A&H have filled in the gap. A cask beer is usually available plus a good range of their own beer. Have to ask about what variety the beers are, especially pale ales and IPAs. Sampler tray available and good value. A great stop on the tour.

Nice little brewery like all the others in Bermondsey in terms of setup. Very small seating area, with a slightly larger outside area. Was absolutely packed when we went, with a huge lineup. Beer quality ranged from average to good. 7 beers on tap when I went. You can do flights of 3 for £6. Worth hitting on a Bermondsey beer crawl.

(Visited Nov 2014) Anther hole in the railway arch, turned into micro brewery. Quite close to Brew By Numbers, but on the other side of the railway. Quite small, white a couple of wooden benches inside and some chairs outside. Not quite as crowded as The Kernel or Brew By Numbers, but atmosphere was friendly, the place mainly inhabited by people interested in beer. Friendly and knowledgeable service. The had 6 taps, 3 from Anspach & Hobday and 3 from Bullfinch, the ones I tried were really good. Definitely worth a stop if you’re doing the Saturday Bermondsey beer mile.

Visited on a sunny Saturday. Small place, quite busy, few tables, so we were out on the street. They sell tasters, which is great imho. Beers weren’t on top form though. One of the more expensive breweries iirc.
