I would never expect an upscale Japanese supermarket located at the East side of Hong Kong has the best selection and stocks of Belgian strong ales including the much loved Trappist / Abbey beers - Westmalle, Achel, Rochefort, Tripel Karmeliet, Satan, Hoegaarden Grand Cru, and so on. While the likes of CitySuper and Market Place by Jasons have the usual suspects (Chimay, St. Bernardus), this store supplement my pleasure of Belgian strong ales. Now I know where to get my hands on my beloved Belgian beers. :) |
