Solid place in wooster (wuh-ster) mass, parking is a bit of a struggle which is always a frustration to me, I tried to stop here the week before but was shut out due to a pearl jam concert, bartender was friendly and pointed out the giant chalkboard of drafts, pricing is a touch high but not unreasonable, bottle selection is tough to rival but INSANELY expensive (75 to 80 dollars for 750ís of Cantillon St. Lamvinus) but I guess some people will pay, My food was okay, I had the grilled cheese with sliced apples, it was well made, but a bit lacking in the filling department. I really enjoyed that there is only 1 TV on the far side of the bar, keeps it cozy and inviting. Would definitely go back once the taps had time to rotate.

Nice place, easy to find and with enough parking nearby. Ambiance is good, but it was loud even if not too crowded. Very good service, friendly and helpful. Selection is pretty good with a lot of great breweries (Jackís Abby, Tree House, Hill Farmstead). Food was really good (cheese plate and something else that I donít remember - but it was good!). Price are on the high side, but not unreasonable. This is a must visit when in the area and itís worth a trip just to go there. I will definitely come back.

really cool place...very good and friendly service, awesome food, and really nice beer selection. prices are a bit on the high side but they have some nice selections and the food will not disappoint. My bartender wascute as hell which is always a plus...but i couldnt get her to give me a Tree House glass. Iíll visit again if Im near Worcester.

I tried out this place on a weeknight, so it wasnít too crowded. Itís a little cramped and loud, but manageable. The beers on tap were pretty interesting. The bottle list was very expensive, so I didnít get to any of those, but there was a lot of not too common stuff on there. The food menu wasnít long and was comprised mostly of artisinal style food (high price, small serving). It was good, but not worth the cost in my opinion.

one of the best beer bars iíve been to in central mass. few times i was there, the tap list was inconceivable -- there wasnít one beer on the list that i wasnít excited to try. any bar that can boast freigeist abbraxxxis on tap is a bar that i want to go to! oh, really great pizzas, too.

I travel a lot with my job. This place has been a special treat. Only steps from my hotel, with a world class draft list. Plenty of IPAís, Black IPAís and Stouts. A dream come true. Couple that with great food and a great staff and that sir, is the reciepe for success. Keep doing what you are doing! This beer geek couldnít have had a better visit!

Stopped in with a bus load of beer loving Mainerís on our way home from a open house at B.United. The service was outstanding and the draft list was well thought out with something for everyone. Good locals, classic belgians and germans, and a great selection of american craft beers as well. The food was plentiful and delicious... would not go within 20 miles of this place and not stop. Must visit !

Armsby Abbey is in downtown Worcester and we stopped here to meet up with lushawn and his lady on our way into Boston. We had to wait a little bit for a table but they were able to move a large group to a bigger table, opening up two. The first thing that caught my eye on the menu was Hill Farmstead Ephraim. Wow. Yes, please and thank you. The tap list was not massive but all-killer-no-filler. Good mix of local, regional, national, and international tap choices. The bottle list looked ridiculous. Iím on a budget while traveling the country, so I didnít even bother, but there are gems to be had if you are willing to spend the money. The food was good, but the menu is fairly limited. They were out of quite a few things when we were there, too. Prices are a little on the high side, but maybe thatís just my Midwestern perspective. All in all, top-notch bar in a city I might not make it back to, so Iím glad we made it in here when we had the chance. A must-visit if youíre nearby.
