Waited for awhile to finally go here. Waited 3 hours for a burger. But boy was it delicious. The beer list was well thought out and great quality. Had some new releases and old favorites. The food, again, is amazing and worth the wait. There is plenty to do in the area while you wait.

Visited for lunch on a Friday. Located across the street from Haymarket, on the same block as the rest of the growing Girl & the Goat empire. Diner layout with a long bar, booths along the wall and tables in the back of the restaurant. Creative food, drink and beer menu. There are 30 or so beers on draft, and they are high quality with a bunch of options from local breweries. Bottles also available. Expensive, though the place appears to be packed all the time.

76 = ★★★ (Worth the visit, must for locals, and visitors with time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Stopped by late night for some much needed drinking food. Chilaquile are only served at midnight and weíll worth the trip Cool diner atmosphere and nice music.

Nestled in the heart of the chaos of the girl and the goat restaurant circus, au cheval offers an exceptional dining experience without the flash and pretension of internet foodie-ism; the beer list functions as a well-designed complement to this first purpose. As such, au cheval doesnít merit a visit as a beer destination per se, but it is certainly the best option in its densely packed neighborhood. Stop in before eating dinner at Avec, and stop back here for a phenomenal brunch.

Boy can this place draw a crowd. Rolled in here on a rainy Tuesday night at 6:30, and found a spot at the bar, but it quickly became standing room only. Most everyone was waiting for a table, and killing time by the bar. Anyway, this is a cool place. I enjoyed the food quite a bit. Itís exactly what youíd expect from a stepped up example of a diner. Great food. Plenty of eggs. The beer list is really pretty nice too. Good stuff. Iíd happily revisit this place.

Pretty neat small diner, limited seating plan accordingly. Killer food, dont over order. Decent beer list but prices are wonky. Ill be back

Limited beer list but mostly local stuff. Cool French diner that beer compliments.

Went here more for food than beer, but Iíd strongly recommend it. Beer list was decent with lots of local options on tap. The food though was excellent. Just a really solid burger that every burger lover must try. Oh, and they have a reel-to-reel playing some old 70ís tracks.
