Again not too sure what this place is doing on RB. With ML literally 20sec walk why add a place that sports a beer selection that you can find at every other place in Brussels?
I will give it to the place for having a nice neighborhood atmosphere. The crew working inside is friendly, a bit of your liberal peace and love type of fellas. The music quickly had me flash back to some of Paris’ old Latin quarter cafes, type of old French folk songs with jazzy feel that I found pleasant. Food is typical of the bar scene between cheese, boulette, croq’, etc all reasonably priced.
Beerwise, the usual suspects with a nice selection of more refined beers that may appeal to the geeks out there; some DLS, Caracole, Ciney, Dupont or Westmalle.
All in all, an ok place but by all means, visit Moeder Lambic before you check this one out.

A great stop very close to Moeder Lambic Fontinas. We (Fin & Loz) went here on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th April 2012. Really enjoyed this place, it is unpretentious, cool, relaxed and just a great place to sit and people watch. The staff are friendly, the clientele mixed, the music was great and the beer choice decent, to be honest I think that there were more than 19 (this is the amount listed in ’Around Brussels in 80 Beers’ but I cannot say for sure how many there were. We had a large bottle of Moinette on the Saturday which at 7 euros was excellent value. One of my new favourite bars in Brussels.
