What a tour. We had 2-3 hours this place, the tour lasted ca. 8 minutes - the rest of the 2-3 hours we spendt on drinking beers. It was nice weather so we were sitting outside. The nice guys at avery found all the rare beers from out back - Thanks - lovely stop.

Visited on Brabant Day. Showed up around 3 to beat the rush, and to taste a few to get warmed up. Got to talk with the staff and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Met Adam Avery which was also pretty awesome. Would like to show up on a day less-crowded obviously, and to see what other brews they have available on tap, since obviously a few were taken up by the special event. Will definitely return.

Very friendly staff, small but nice tasting room with beers that were constantly changed while we were there. Possibily to sit outdoor which we did. Nice to have good beers in the sun. Excellent and very different beers. Did not taste their food. A couple of the brewers kept us with company. Seldom have I laughed that much.

Visited on Friday afternoon, Dec 19 2008. This is a very simple tasting room, small walk up bar with two rooms of basic tables. They were pouring most of the regulars and a few sample or one off beers when I visited. The vibe here was really good, a bunch of the brewery employees playing washers outside, and everybody happy and upbeat inside. I met up with acrdz and had a blast here. As mentioned elsewhere, the value is unreal. My friends and I had two pints, and about 15 samples and our bill at the end was $4. Granted, this was probably incorrect, but a great deal regardless. This is a must hit if you are in Boulder.

Iím pretty sure this is the first perfect 10 Iíve ever given for values: 5 free samples every time you visit - how does one beat that? Never been a grandiose fan of Avery beers, but you canít go wrong with free samples (even with lots of tips, itís cheap), solid and knowledgeable bar staff, and decent local crowd (although a bit more rough-edged than Iíve seen at other Boulder venues). Wasnít really impressed by the selection (a few cask things, but nothing I couldnít get in bottles, and nothing especially good), but it seems like they tend to have rare beers on tap at other times. Makes sense to call ahead if youíre looking for something new.

Cool place. Awesome people. Incredible beer, not to mention nifty specials on tap. Great schwag. What more could you ask for? If it was only about beer and people, Iíd give it a 100.

Nicely decorated interior, comes across as a garage and a lodge, trying without trying, open and friendly building, very friendly staff. most of their staples on tap with a good number of small batch special releases with a good mix of high and low gravity. small samples available, and the usually have a cask or two but I believe itís CO2 conditioned firkins rather than naturally carbonated.

I visited Averyís tasting room during a buisiness trip to Colorado. As luck would have it, they were having their monthly Insiderís Tasting event. For $20, two of Averyís brewers and their Marketing Director conduct a theme-based tasting event with a small group of hard-core beer fans. The staff was awesome, answering questions and providing a fun experience. The taps flowed with a dry-hopped version of Averyís IPA, and other unique offerings. This was a terrific place, with great people and phenomenal beer. What more could one ask for?

Nice, expanded tap room with close to 20 beers or more on tap. This place gets quite busy but is definitely worth the visit. You are likely to find a one-off or rare tap too.
