In an industrial area but worth hitting. Pub/tap room really. Service is good but a little over the top on how great Adam Avery is. Efficient though. Beers are varied. World Class to meh. Have had rumpkin on tap there before and had some of their sours on tap as well. Good depth to their line up. Really becoming my must hit place when I am back in Denver. Really good turkey Ruben as well

Visited on 10/10/12. GABF Week (Stop #2 of the day)
A: Very cool place, a little hard to find as it is buried in the middle of a business park. The front tasting room is your typical tasting room with a bar that could maybe 10-12 patrons and tables that could hold another 50-60. We drank in the Back Bar area which is where they store the barrels, which was just cool as hell.
Q: Mind you that we went during GABF week and they were breaking out specialty and retired beers every couple of hours, most of them were just solid as can be.
S: Service was decent...when we arrived the place was about 1/3 full and the bartenders/servers were mildly attentive but friendly and knowledgeble. A funny thing was they were even excited to try some of the retired/specialty beers being released too.
S: Best Selection the entire trip. They were serving easily 30 different beers that covered the gambit in styles.
V: Some beers were slightly high but for the most part were reasonably valued. We paid more for the rare releases which were totally worth it.
Overall, even if you have no plans to go to Boulder...make some then hit Avery.

the crown jewel of boulder. you’d never know this place was here from the street as there is the world’s smallest sign for the tasting room. some picnic tables outside, a bar inside, and some tables for enjoying beers and food. a lot of stuff on tap including some taproom only beers. good service, good beers, and a solid place all around.

Visited on one of the GABF 2013 special tapping days. Fairly small nice taproom with a fantastic selection of Avery brews, particularly with the GABF special releases. Good friendly helpful service.

If you are in Boulder I would recommend stopping in for a few beers then doing the brewery tour. This is one of my top 5 brewery tours hands down.

Although the food is done next door, this place is amazing. Comforting atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly; a fantastic beer selection. I have been impressed with everything I have tried so far.

This is one of my favorite breweries. In addition to their great beers the ambiance is great. All the employees are super- nice, attentive, and knowledgable. The tap room has a great vibe but I also love the patio.
