By far the best selection of craft bottles in town. They even have a couple kegs tapped when schoolís in session. Handy location thatís closer to the residential area of Cambridge. Good value & intelligent staff.
Nice little store, just a little outside the city centre. Staff is knowledgeable. Selection is pretty good. Noticed most of the good dutch brewers are there, as well as some Americans, Germans, relative little British. And also if you are interested wines.
I happened to walk past and decided to take a look. Just a little peak without buying anything. Then I bought a Lou Pepe Framboise and a Blaugies for 23£, which seems like a pretty fair deal. They have a lot of De Molen, some Mikkeller, various Americans like Stone and Moylans, some Germans and Belgians. The local selection seemed a bit limited, but I wasnít looking carefully. There was a guy working there, and based on eavesdropping I would guess that he knows beers and some other stuff too.
Bacchanalia is a great bottle located on Mill street away from the main tourist hub of Cambridge. It is relatively small inside, but packs a punch! They boast a very good selection of UK, German, Belgian and US beers amongst others. Nice local options and quite a few beers that donít make it to London. The guy working there was friendly and rather knowledgeable. Prices seemed rather good to a pseudo-Londoner. A Cambridge must-visit.

Brilliant bottle shop (with a few ales on draught as well).on Mill Road. A tickerís paradise. Friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgable staff. Maybe not so much English stuff (although you an pick up a few) but plenty of US, German, Dutch and Belgian delights.

Itís more wine shop tha beer shop, but this doesnít matter. Beer selection is excellent, they have some German, Dutch (De Molen), Belgian, US beers. And of course local staff. I bought there some Founders, Rogue, Stone and Cambridge Moonshine beers. Knowledgeable staff, not far from pubs, where you are most likely heading.

OK beer shop, a bit biased in favour of Belgian and some very similar German types. Nice load of local BCAís.
This is a small shop which means the selection is not quite as extensive as other places. However rather than your normal swill I only saw row after row of excellent regional and international bottles on display. The fact that the owner was willing to let me browse ten minutes before close only improves things.
I donít know which ones are local but on the shelves I saw a number of nice choices from Crouch Vale, Thornbridge Hall, and others. The Belgian selection included a couple of lambics at good prices. The prices were not too bad overall. Also if you are into whiskey there were a few eye catching bottles near the front of the store.
Give this place a look if you stop in Cambridge. In the worst case scenario youíll be out five minutes on the way to the pubs.
