One of the weirdest brewpubs I’ve visited. Beers ok, not the best in town. Food huge portions at reasonable prices.

Not your normal brewpub at all. Place has many rooms and interesting places. Kind of a cross between amusment park and a Brewhouse. Fantastic visit.

Visited allready several times, good palce for some typical German spices associated with a decent beer.

Big place with slightly above average beer quality. Prices for beer and food were about the cheapest I found in Germany (3 euro Mass during happy hour, anyone). Service was slow and food very average/below average, but who can complain about a 3.50 euro salad bar? Good place to watch sports with friends.

OK on my first visit with the Helles and Dunkel proving pleasant if not exceptional. Service fine on that occasion but on a subsequent visit was non-existent. I sat at the bar counter along with several other drinkers, but after about 10 minutes of being ignored by the staff, all of whom seemed to be allocated to other sections of the pub, I gave up and went to Kuhler Krug. It’s a pity they can’t do better than that.

Been there last saturday. I though it was a nice typical microbrewery, but it is a very big place where one can eat and drink. I went there just to try their seasonal Maibock, but they already had taken it away from the menu and replaced it with a weizen. So I ordered their Dunkelbier which was quite good. Doesn’t look like the usual German Kneipen at all
