A small hole in the wall on Ìîõîâàÿ óëèòñà. This place deserves to be on the list of beer bars to visit is Petersburg for it’s impressive number of beers on tap, almost exclusively from small local breweries. All the beers from Vasileostrovskoye, a decent selection of Alivaria beers from Belarus, Knightberg, and a few others, all for very cheap. And handful of change can probably buy you a half liter. Authentic kvass is available on tap for pennies. There is a bottle selection of mainly standard english beers that is available for a very reasonable price as well. They serve beer to go in 1l counter-pressure filled bottles. The ambiance is very good, they often have live music and show lots of football on TV, both Russian and European leagues. Another important trait of this bar is that it is non smoking, a true rarity in Petersburg. The beer snacks are delicious across the board from Russian ãðåíêè and calamari to the American buffalo wings and french fries. Everything is on the reasonable to cheap range price-wise. Not far from Tchnernyshevskaya metro station. Very highly recommend it.
