A classy place that seems to be owned/operated by a delightful older couple. Superior collection of brews (Danish, Belgian, etc.) that are organized by type (hoppy/IPA stuff in one section, porters/stouts in another, and so on), rather than by brewery. There are pros and cons to that layout, but I liked it since I was mostly looking for stouts. The only shop I found Djaevlebryg in, even though none of the three varieties were very good. More extensive collection than Olbutikken easily, and a more...um...refined experience than Kihoskh...but Kihoskh probably wins wrt variety and rarities. But this is a must-visit shop.

One of my two favourite beer stores in Copenhagen. Great selection, prices are very good most of the time. Nice ambience (often spinning jazz or blues records) and super friendly staff. Recommended!

A lovely lady was manning the shop when I popped in while sightseeing(close to Christanborg palace) and she gave me a rundown of their labeling system with beers grouped by style which was cool & also everything was clearly marked which was great. She was knowledgeable & friendly, there was a 20% discount bin which was cool plus a small fridge meant I cold get a cold one to drink right away.

Very nice shop with a huge selection of Belgian, Scandinavian and American craftbeer. Very friendly couple that runs the place. This is the kind of place where you can find forgotten gems. Prices are about the same as the other shops in Copenhagen.

Great beer shop with excellent selection. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Danish beers. I bought several on her suggestions from Ugly Duck and Amager. Went there for Mikkeller beers and was not disappointed. Would definitely revisit again if in Copenhagen.

Surprisingly large and clean shop, with a great range of Danish and foreign beers, all hand-priced and shelved by style. They give a 15% discount to members of the Danish Beer Enthusiasts, and may be persuaded to extend this to other EBCU members (eg. CAMRA) if you ask nicely!

Small shop located out of the way from the rest of the beery action in Copenhagen. This place seems to have a friendly, personal touch. The shop’s maintained by a kind elderly couple. All the price tags are hand written. Descriptive labels for the beers are all color coded according to style. The selection’s certainly bigger than the rest of the beer shops in Copenhagen. A little more filler, but there’s still quite a unique set of quality brews to choose from. Prices seemed about average. Overall, definitely worth checking out.

Small store with a very good beer selection. Beers are sorted by type, which is helpful. The service is excellent.
