So far I’ve had excellent service from these folks. I’ve ordered bulk extract, pellet hops, specialty grains and White Labs yeast. It has shown up here in FL fresh and in a timely manner. Selection of ingredients and hardware is second to none, really. The only negative I have is that this place isn’t down the street from where I live. Also I make a point of only ordering when the daytime high temps are under 85F. FedEx and UPS stuff, when ordered in the heat of summer (in general), show up in FL very very warm. Contents of boxes hit at least 120F.

I’m lucky enough to live close by but they do a huge mail-order/internet business as well. VERY helpful and friendly staff. Their catalog is a wealth of knowledge in itself! Oh, and they do sell White Labs.

Huge inventory, fast turnover so ingredients are fresh. Helpful, knowledgable staff (call, don’t email). Haven’t received shipping comfirmation on my last several orders, which is annoying, but I can check the status online. They sell a Maris Otter extract, which I like. No White Labs yeast.
