Incredible place. Huge warehouse, lots of parking, and as much beer as you can buy. Selection is amazing and prices are pretty good. They also have a nice range of branded beer glasses. You absolutely have to go here of youíre anywhere nearby.

Iíve only used their online service, but Iím going to guess that most people will have done the same as the shop itself is out of the way and in the middle of nowhere. The selection is superb. The website orders the beers by country and then by brewery. Around 60 countries (although some no longer have a beer in stock and probably wonít anytime soon). Great selections from the UK, Belgium, and Germany. Also a good showing of beers from the US, as well as some nice ones from Austria, Netherlands, and Denmark. Prices were all quite reasonable. For the most part it seems like the cheapest online option in the UK. Also, for the most part, the beers were cheaper than my local shops (even with the shipping). The one problem I have encountered with them is sometimes the beers are very close or in one or two cases past its prime. The problem arises, Iím guessing, due to the large selection, and the impossibility to turnover all those beers on time. There also seems to be no guarantee that they will restock a beer anytime soon. The delivery was very good. Quick and prompt as well as well packaged. Iíve ordered probably 5-6 boxes from them, and have had no breaks. Shipping isnít bad for mainland England and Wales, as it is £7.49 per order, no matter the size of the order (so save up a make a big one). Looks like it is a bit more expensive to ship to Ireland and non-mainland England/Wales. Also they only ship to the UK. All in all, this seems like probably the best online shop for the UK. Very impressive selection, and very reliable shipping. Also it is one day shipping (if you order before noon, otherwise it will take one extra day, still not bad). Beware of beers being old, especially if itís something that might not move fast. Other than that, highly recommended.

Biggest selection of beers Iíve seen in the UK by some margin. American stuff is a little pedestrian, but still a larger range than anywhere else in Britain (why are US beers so difficult to obtain in the UK?). The website is very fast and easy to use with an excellent search facility, and (helpfully for us) appears to take its beer styles from RateBeer! Beer prices are slightly above average, but this is balanced against a relatively low shipping cost - £7.50 regardless of the number of bottles (so good for buying large volumes). Also has a selection of glassware, plus other alcoholic drinks. I ordered an awkward number of bottles (17) of an awkward variety of sizes (275ml up to 750ml) together with an awkward shaped glass (Chimay) and they all arrived in perfect condition at the promised time (next working day). Nearest best before date 4 months away, but almost all the others were a long way in the future. Pretty much unbeatable for the web service, I reckon! Must try and visit the store in person the next time Iím in Norfolk...

In about 7 or 8 orders in the last few years, totalling some 250/300 bottles, Iíve had no breakages and only 2 mistakes which on both occasions I was allowed to keep the incorrect bottle whilst being refunded on what I orderered - canít say fairer than that! Choice is as good as it gets in the UK but it can be a tad annoying when you spot a beer you like and íOUT OF STOCKí is displayed at the bottom of the product! Canít be helped I guess - but it would be less frustrating from a consumer POV to simply not list the beers, or list them in a separate area? The Scandanavian and American selections have grown steadily over the years. I guess ambiance doesnít apply to this kind of operation but rated at 4 to reflect the overall high scorings Iíve given them. I donít order US pale/IPAís anymore as once received around 4 bottles (all Odellís) that were around 5 months out of date! Would have been nice to have been warned - they tasted ok if perhaps not uber fresh, but I felt obliged to drink them in the first few days as opposed to adding them to my stash. That aside - highly reccomended!

Mail order warehouse, you can call in to make purchases / pick up reservations. Extensive range of European bottled beers and many from around the world, over 140 proper glasses as well, best to call and speak to their excellent staff to place orders, next day delivery (UK only) is flat rate, ideal when buying in bulk, will sell seperate bottles and offer discounts on full cases, very well packed in sturdy boxes with shredded card as insulation. Highly recommended

Iím working my way through 36 beers that this lot sent up to scotland for £80 including £7.50 delivery. They arrived the day after I ordered on the internet. Range is very good although no Fantome, Regenboog or Westvleteren. Not just Europe - the American range is smaller than say Belgium, but thereíre some good beers there. Excellent.

ordered some beer online from these guys, all arrived well packaged, in excellent condition and when they said. the website is well kept and actually says when they are out of a particular beer (not my experience with all online beer stores, the disappointment when ordering and finding they dont have what they say they do is immense.) excellent beer selection from all over the world and a really cool selection of glassware, i look forward to doing business with them again.

Canít speak too highly of this service. The website is attractive and easy to navigate. The selection of beers is full of interest. (As itís called Beers of Europe I can hardly complain that the U.S. selection is a bit thin.) Best of all is the efficient, next working day delivery. Packaging is impressive. All the beers Iíve had in two separate orders have been in excellent condition. Havenít ordered glassware yet, but the range seems good. Iíve always wanted one of those Pawel Kwak glasses... 29.8.06 Visited the warehouse. More bottles of beer than you can imagine. Took me hours to look round. Magical experience.
