Iíve only used their online service, but Iím going to guess that most people will have done the same as the shop itself is out of the way and in the middle of nowhere.
The selection is superb. The website orders the beers by country and then by brewery. Around 60 countries (although some no longer have a beer in stock and probably wonít anytime soon). Great selections from the UK, Belgium, and Germany. Also a good showing of beers from the US, as well as some nice ones from Austria, Netherlands, and Denmark.
Prices were all quite reasonable. For the most part it seems like the cheapest online option in the UK. Also, for the most part, the beers were cheaper than my local shops (even with the shipping).
The one problem I have encountered with them is sometimes the beers are very close or in one or two cases past its prime. The problem arises, Iím guessing, due to the large selection, and the impossibility to turnover all those beers on time. There also seems to be no guarantee that they will restock a beer anytime soon.
The delivery was very good. Quick and prompt as well as well packaged. Iíve ordered probably 5-6 boxes from them, and have had no breaks. Shipping isnít bad for mainland England and Wales, as it is £7.49 per order, no matter the size of the order (so save up a make a big one). Looks like it is a bit more expensive to ship to Ireland and non-mainland England/Wales. Also they only ship to the UK.
All in all, this seems like probably the best online shop for the UK. Very impressive selection, and very reliable shipping. Also it is one day shipping (if you order before noon, otherwise it will take one extra day, still not bad). Beware of beers being old, especially if itís something that might not move fast. Other than that, highly recommended.

I bought a lot of bottle conditioned ales, most of which seamed to be sour / off. All of the filtered beers I got where good.

Superb online store. They most certainly have the biggest selection in the UK. Very swift delivery guaranteed. Iíve made lots of orders over the past year and have never been disappointed. Best place to find the De Molen beers and various rare gems from other countries particularly Belgium and the US. Deserves itís íWorld Classí tag.

Never used their online delivery service but I make a point of popping into the warehouse if Iím in the area. Itís a thing of beauty. Far-reaching selection of national bottled ales and an ever-expanding European and American range. Great glassware selection too. Good customer service and reasonable prices.

Via Online store - Ordered 24 bottles yesterday before 12 noon, they arrived at 0800 today. Awesome. Website is fairly easy to get around, could do with a lick of paint but is practical and it works. Selecting is legion, Argentina to Vietnam and nearly every country in-between. Sections for ciders/wines/spirits, homebrew, new products, gift packs/cards and mixed selections. Prices are reasonable, and seem to match the beers obscureness. Recommended to me by a mate and Iíd defo do the same

Bought a batch of 23 belgians online, including some good Struise beers that are very hard to come accross in the UK. Good selection of Belgians, and plenty of random world lagers. A few big north american beers. Delivery and prices are reasonable. Well packed.

Only ordered from them online, 5-6 times so far. Very good selection, and the prices are not too bad. Packaging very good, and only once was two bottles broken. This was due to the delivery man dropping the box. BoE refunded the two bottles promptly and they respond to email quickly. Overall very satisfied with them.

Derrick and his family are VERY friendly and we have traded beers on many occasions. I have made sure to help bring business to them. Youíll pay bar prices for the beer, but the selection is more than worth it. Take the A10 north to Setchey (town just before Kingís Lynn) and take a left at the JSW car sales place. The warehouse is on the right. Itís what I call a beer shrine. I ALWAYS walk out with a shopping cart full of beer. This is a MUST visit place!
