This place is awesome! I did an in person trade with one of the employees and picked up a truckload of beer for myself. If you are in the area or just passing by on the Thruway, you NEED to stop! I donít want to guess how many beers are here but it would take you years to get through them all. Staff is very well versed in beer and extremely friendly. I WILL be back.

I try to drop by here once a week. The selection is huge! There are constantly new things coming in. The only things that are hard to come by here are beers from the Southern US, Chicago, um... Australia and, uh, Ethiopia. Everything else is pretty much covered. Whatís key is that you can buy singles of anything. I hate committing to a six-pack, so I donít mind paying a little extra for that. Man, I donít really know what Iíd do without this store.

This simple store/hidden gem introduced me to the craft beer revolution while I was attending the Univ. of Rochester. While their beer selection is far from simplistic, the store is hidden inside a strip mall and has a basic interior- all things beer. Bottles are divided by country and the best thing is you donít have to commit to the daunting 6-pack of a mysterious ale as they can be sold individually. Diverse selection- and as all Rochestertarians know, "ITíS HUGE, ROCHESTER, HUUU-GE!" Prepare to drop a couple Benjamins. #1 on 10102009 DG.

Great store. Iím glad to live within 5 miles of the store. The service and staff are knowledgable there. They do not go out of their way to assist you while you persue the shelves, but are more than willing to help with homebrewing matters. The selection just got better within the last few months. Stone and other west coast microbrews just hit the shelves. Getting better all the time.

Huge selection. Prices are a bit high on some beers, but generally adequate. Service has improved greatly over the past several years. Still, you are mostly left to explore on your own (which is fine by me), but questions are answered politely and very competently, from what I have overheard. Seems like there is beer from every country. US Microbrews, Germany, Belgium, and England are especially well represented. Macros are stuffed all the way in the back corner, which I love to see. Not because I want the macro drinkers to have to walk for their stuff, but because I always hope that something different will catch their eye on the way back there, and a new craft beer drinker will be born. Actually, truth be told, thatís how I became a craft beer drinker, so this place holds a special place in my heart. I love this place, and I stop in just about every week.

This is a good store, they have tones of selection, if you dont want to buy a 6 pack to try one beer, you can buy only one all the way though cases and kegs. they have brewing equipment, glasses ext.

My one and only beer supplier for many years. Their selection is vast. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for suggestions, and you will be pointed to delightful new brews to try. My only frustration is that I will never live long enough to be able to sample all of their brews.

This is by far the best place in New York State to get beer. Something like 1,200 beers to choose from. Anything you can think of can be found here. If you cant find your desire ask one of the staff, they will find out if they have it, what it costs and when they may have it if they donít currently. Great beers, either as singles or packaged. Everything, yes EVERYTHING can be bought as singles. Never found a distributor this large that also keeps things this fresh. You donít have to worry about getting a old bottle, things are circulated very well! A must visit!

this is my fav. place in the world, thevíe got about everything, and if they donít they can get you a nice 2nd choice, the only downfalls are quite a few out-of-dates (mostly macro imports) and it could be bigger...

Can be a little pricier than Wegmanís (Ruination is a dollar more a bottle for example), but the selection is incredible. Not only is it huge but the stock is constantly changing to include new or seasonal beers. And the homebrew supply is pretty decent, but I wish they had more hop varieties.
