Great selection, reasonable prices, great service. Customers kept calling in to ask about specific beers, and the guy ran all around the store checking the shelves and answering questions. Worth going out of your way for.

Located next to their sister beer bars, this place is stacked and packed all the way to the back with craft beer. They had as good a selection as you can have without any input from. Shelton brothers, evil twin, stone, Deschutes , etc.. They have a lot of good stuff But few thjngs i havent seen Elsewhere in Equal abudance. The local selection was impressive and the service was friendly and effusive. I wish the pick six section was larger although the section is refridgertated. It’s a realy good beer store just under what I would consider world class.

Update - 10/31/07 - Had a friend visiting from Omaha, asked him to bring some beer. In email conversations, Brent and Jen were SUPER helpful getting the order ready, as well as offering suggestions on what I may like. Great communication, certainly above and beyond the expected. ORIGINAL RATING 8/16/07 - Great little shop with a nice selection. A bunch of singles In addition to local Nebraska beers (Upstream, Spiker), they also had some labels I can’t get in Kansas/Missouri (Struise, Mikkeller). Service was great, even got a bonus of a new Boulevard beer! Only place I stopped in Omaha, and can’t imagine any place better.

88 = ★★★★ (best in area, a must for locals and visitors)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Little shop surrounded by bars, all owned by the same guy. Huge selection and an incredible staff. Prices were pretty good. Customer service is key here and they have the best loyalty program I have ever seen. If you are in Omaha, this is a must.

Amazing bottle selection and they also have a great selection of glassware. I picked up a couple of Hoegaarden, Rochefort, and Lindemans glasses here.

Went to Crescent Moon and walked next door to get a couple of things for a business trip. Long and narrow with well organized crome shelfs on the left and coolers on the right. Very good selection and allowed singles. Freindly and knowledgable service. Very good location and will stop when back in the area.

Awesome little bottle shop next to Crescent Moon in Omaha. All craft beer and imports. No macros, wine or liquor. My kind of store. First thing I noticed was awesome glassware selection. Would of spent $100 on glasses if this place was by my house. They have a nice cold singles selection and a ton of import 750s and 500ml bottles on racks. Decent american micro selection. They had Rigor Mortis and Aphrodite and bunch of awesome other brews. Took home a Beer Here Dark Hops, Weyerbacher 14 and a Boulevard Smokestack Golbet. Similar selection to John’s Grocery in Iowa City.

This is quite a nice store, but world class? - just because a stores sells nothing but beer, and carries mostly quality product, does not make it world class - that said, I really like this store, and for an area like Omaha, it is impressive as hell - well-organized and well-selected assortment of craft brews and imports - not anything in the craft section that got this Coloradan very excited, but the imports selection was very impressive - a lot of german imports I have never seen, and a huge selection of danish/scandinavian imports as well - not anything more than you will find in other beer-centric stores in larger cities, but again, Omaha - the fact that the store sells nothing but beer is pretty sweet, and makes me wonder why you do not see places like this more often -prices are crazy cheap, at least to me - for example, the Page 24 beers are 7.99 - I can’t get them any cheaper than 10 bucks back home - a very nice store, which I will certainly be hitting up if I ever come back to Omaha.

I visit Beertopia everytime that I am passing through Omaha. They have a great selection of beer, including a lot of single bottles. The staff has always been very helpful and enthusiastic when I been there. This is The liquor store in Omaha to go for craft beer.
