Big Cafe close to the Tourist Information in Gyor. Large seating area, divided in three different open rooms. Wood paneled walls and wooden furniture, makes this a true belgian/holland cafe athmosphere. Not busy during my visit on an early afternoon.

Located at the start of the main pedestrian drag. It’s just the usual generic Belgian themed cafe but worth a look if you’re thirsty. Also it’s not a bad retreat from the macro lagers that dominate every pub around these parts. A few common ones on tap like Leffe Blonde and Brune, Hoegaarden, Stella and Belle-Vue Kriek. A 250ml glass will set you back roughly $2.50. Bottles of Trappists go for around 5 bucks. There is also an attached restaurant serving up plenty of grub. Wait staff are friendly. I’d imagine it probably gets busy at night.
