Superb place, only opened in late 2012, with a very sociable and knowledgeable young owner who obviously loves his beer and will happily talk about it for hours! The four taps vary with beers from Italy/Germany/just about anywhere else, and there’s a whole load of good bottles with 2 fridges keeping some cool for drinking on-site. Very much in the style of the bar-shops in Barcelona and none the worse for that! A great addition to the Milan beer scene, situated close to Lodi trolleybus/metro station and the inner tram ring so easy to get to.

Pub - Shop in Milan, one of the earliest of the new generation beer-shops in Italy. Beers in bottle from all over the world, three taps and one handpump, always rotating, snacks and possibility to bring your own food. I went here a couple of times, found a very relaxed atmosphere, a lot of wood inside makes the ambience warmer, even though there’s something missing on the wall behind the bar/counter. Possibilty to take away 1 lt or 2 lt growlers. The bottles are carefully chosen (the space is not much, unfortunately!) and prices are really low compared to most beer shops in Italy. To me, the essence of the shop lies in the taps and pump, I’ve always found interesting things to drink from time to time. Keep an eye on their Facebook and Twitter pages, they host special events every now and then!
