This place is a dump. I can see why people come out here, it’s the only place around besides a Yankee Candle factory and UMass. The people who work here know a little bit about beer and customer service but besides that it’s just a waste of time. If you happen to be in the area on a saturday afternoon and there’s nothing going on (which is always the way out here) then come on by and get drunk for free, other wise buy yourself a beer somewhere else and relax. I also heard recently that the management here are racist and put up a good "front" for sales. Shameful.

Took the free Saturday brewery tour in January of 2012. They had several beers on tap (about 12 I think) to try, and the tour included two good-sized beers in plastic cups. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in serving the beer. The tour was interesting and personal, and a good overall experience.

Was in the area for a short time so I decided to pay them a visit. I think it was the brewer that gave me a tour. Loved seeing their production facility and was surprised by how much equipment they could get in a building. Was equally surprised by all the fresh hops, not the pellets, they had in the cooler. Had a fresh Maibock after the tour. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

They definitely wanted us to try their beer and have a good time on this tour. They had samples in our hands practically before we walked in the door. They had a good slelection of their beers available to sample and plenty of bottles to purchase. definitely a fun time.
