Amazing bottle shop located within a grocery store. The owner was friendly and helpful in sifting through the amazing selection. Lots of cooler space and room temp shelves. Definitely a must stop if in downtown SD.

Conveniently located near the airport, this shop carries a large stock of great beers, including Belgian beers and some very rare San Diego area brews. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the wall of Beer, staff was very helpful. Had almost every I needed and more(No Alpine). Selection was off the charts. Will be back for more.

large number of west coast micros with a solid import selection, most of them in a cooler, and most bottles seemingly fresh, though I was burned on some old bottles Logsdon Seizoen Bretta when I chose to stock up before leaving town the next morning.

It may not have the quantity of selection I’ve seen in some places, but it has some really nice quality, and a lot that I don’t see in AZ. Many of the beers are kept cold, and its still cool in the part of the shop where they aren’t. I could have spent another hour and a lot more money browsing.

Damn,this is really a great beer shop. Beers from all over the world. I think reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and friendly. I wish, I had such a shop on the corner of mine street.

Very good selection of locals and imports / packages and singles. Most of the beer is sold cold, which didn’t work too well for a long trip home. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the prices seemed a little high.

Really good place to shop in San Diego, and you if you want small bottles you can mix your own 6-pack, which is really nice for ratebeerians. They had an impressive selection of imports, but also equally impressive selection of US brews. You can also buy malt and other stuff for brewing your own beer as well as it being a regular grocery. Prices are very good too.

Very nice selection of beers, though I missed some stuff (mainly american sours). Located close to the tram and quite good prices.

I’ve stopped by here twice in the past two visits to San Diego. Always a very solid bottle selection offering a ton of local and regional stuff. I noticed they no longer carried any alpine stuff which is a shame, but maybe I caught them at a dry moment. Still, lots of lost abbey, midnight sun, Pliny and de molen. Walkable if you’re downtown.
