I went into this store for the first time tonight and I was taken aback by the warm reception and professionalism of the staff. The store is immaculate and very well stocked with a wide and sometimes unusual range of high quality beer, wine and spirits. Freddie, the owner is an enthusiast and a real character and i fully recommend a visit. Prices are very competitive and the all the staff are friendly and helpful. Iwill be making this my store of choice in the future!

For East County, this store is definitely in the top 5 for selection of beer. I heard this place is one of only 2 places in East County to carry the full line of Apline beers. The owner told me today that on Monday, Maharaja (10% alc) will be available. Iíll be back! I grabbed some Avery New World Porter and V-Saison today! Cheers.

Strip mall liquor store off of a busy street. Friendly owner. Tons of beers. Good quality stuff. Reasonable prices. Lots of local stuff. Some stuff I havenít seen around town. Four Lightning brews. Alot of Alpine too. Cooler is full of stuff, but there is also alot of beer out on the floor. I would guess that there are at least 250 different beers.

A nice little liquor store, the owner (Freddy) seems to be very adept at getting his hands on rare beers. I love the personalized service I get here, this is the top spot in SD to get great beer. Recently Freddy started having Homebrew tasting at this place on Fridayís at 4-6pm, he always breaks out a few other interesting brews and shares them with the group. Very generous. Overall: I really like this find, and its the closest to my house of all the good stores.

Freddy, the owner is always looking to add new craft beers to his already great selection. He recently had Abyss and Firestone 11. Damn, missed out on the FW!11. Others you can expect to find, stone, Lost Abbey/Pizza Port, Alesmith, Avery. He usually has Duchess and Old Rasputin. Overall a nice selection. Stopped by today and Freddy opened a bottle of Consecration and a Speedway because someone wanted to try it. Pretty cool.

Pretty decent selection in this little liquor store, but be careful, the owners realize the whole rare beer/Ebay connection and will randomly hike the prices way up when they get rare beers in. OK if your in the area, but drive a little and youíll be rewarded.
EDIT: I have since visited this place several times and have been consistently surprised about how great the selection has become. The owner, Freddie, is sarcastic as all get out, but once you understand that and play along with it, itís all good.

Two brothers own this and Windy-City liquor. Windy City has better selection, but both places are good place to stop on the way to Alpine. One on the way up, and the other on the way back. They have 2004 Samiclaus, and great selection of locals.

Itís a liquor store w/ some very good humored staff. I asked to buy some bottles of Victory, bottles. All they had were six packs. They just laughed at me. I donít think anyone in SO-CAL understands the value of have a bottle shop. Anyway, they had a few doors cold full of brews. Not alot but what they did have was outstanding. I did leave with a bottle of Victory 12.

Very cool place close to my home. You can get a lot of Favorites, like Stone, Alpine, Avery, Lost Abbys, and Alesmith. The owner usually the guy on the phone is very helpful and has tried most of the beers he has, and can give you an opinion. Check regullary, he seems to have something new and different every week. Freddy you deserve the 100 % for all the years of loyalty to the Santee Crew! Fordest, Toncatcher and myself appreciate having one of the greatest beer stores in the county in our own backyard.

Best place to get beer in Santee. Maybe the best in East County. Owner is a great guy that will try to get what you want. One of the few places besides the brewery to get Pure Hoppiness. A few Belgians and Lost Abbey, and Port and all the other standard expected craft beer.
