Located in an industrial-feeling area. Big tasting room. Comfortable looking couch setup but no one took advantage of itas people were stopping by mostly for growler fills. The employees were on one hand nice, but on the other hand I felt rushed as I was trying my samples which did not leave me feeling inclined to take advantage of the aforementioned growlers. Growlers are cheap but growler fills are on the high side. The beers are fairly average though they do tend to have some solid wheat beers. Hoppy styles are over hopped and they tend to over carbonate.

And the service score plummets to the lowest possible score because Darren the brewer thinks that just because a competition liked his beer, that means I should like it, and that he should send me a note telling me so in a most rude fashion. Knocking the overall down as well to commensurate. It’s a shame, as this place clearly has a local following and they clearly have potential. Not that I’m from the area, but I was planning on returning next year and this is one place I surely won’t be visiting.

Just got an apology message from the brewer so I’m re-raising the scores a bit. Hopefully this saga is over.

Easy to find location on 65th Street. Parking in front. Small location with 6 table seats and 2 couches. Listing of brews on table with ordering at tap bar area. Freindly and prompt with fre samples of 7 to ten beers. Good beers. Small and regular growlers to go. Worth the visit when in area and I have been twice.

Stopped here while in town and gotta say, it’s pretty awesome. Tiny brewery, basically a huge homebrew setup right now. But they make outstanding beer. Only had 4 on when we stopped in, though. Service was top notch and dug the clubhouse vibe they had going. Really cool place that I’ll definitely hit again. Growler only for now, but they have samples of everything on tap.

I was impressed by Bier. Small and really nowhere to sit, but the staff was incredibly friendly, and they had a nice selection of very good beers. Growlers only at the moment, but they’ll let you sample everything, which was cool. I’ll definitely be back.

In an industrial area. Nice interior. Staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Very nice selection of beers - very glad to see such a variety of ales, Belgian and German styles. Pretty convenient to I-69 and 465 for those passing through. Only wish they had later Friday hours - would stop all the time.

Small industrial feel to the building, and a pleasant malty aroma met me as I opened the door. Nice selection of some really solid beers, and the staff was great. Despite a steady stream of people coming in for growler fills, they were very friendly and attentive. I’m looking forward to future visits.

You can smell the hops as soon as you step in. A pretty simple place with a lot of beer to sample. Brewers are nearby with a great staff.

Great place to visit for variety. Tasting room only (as of now). No food or pints. Growlers are kinda pricey, compared to other local places. You can taste a lot here, and always something(s) unique.

When you walk in, the place is still under construction, with bare concrete floors, mostly bare walls, etc. That’s okay, they’re brand new, they’re working on the beer first and that’s admirable. The service is great, and the brewer Darren will come out and tell you what you’re tasting in any beer you try. They usually have between eight and ten beers on tap for tasting at any given time, so for an on-site brewery the selection is huge. The price is between $10-$15 for a half gallon growler, so this is not cheap beer, but the flavor is excellent and you get to try before you buy so I think it’s worth it. Overall this is a growing local brewery with excellent fresh beer that’s definitely worth a try.

I live down the block and feel lucky to have such easy access to what I believe represent a solid round-up of rotated taps. Love the free tastes to set-up the purchase. Not cheap, but something good shouldn’t be. Really looking forward to the sour(s) he has planning.
