Visited 8th September 14. Big selection of beers, need to know what you are looking for, prices are high. Some of the staff know nothing about beer.

Bottle shop near to Grand Place, so lots of tourist here. Great selection of Belgian beers, including Cantillon, other sour, etc. Prices on the high side for some stuff, not so bad on other.

Great shop in Brussels city centre with quite an extensive selection. Prices are jacked up big time though -- many of the beers are more expensive than in BC even though they’re made in the city or nearby! Worth a stop but if you can get these bottles somewhere else, do so, as the prices are pretty steep.

Visited this place while roaming the streets of Brussels (sorry....Bruxelles) on a cold rainy late autumn day. It’s in the touristy area for sure, but has an impressive selection. It’s a bit pricey, probably due to its proximity to the Grand Market, but I found Westvleteren XII there which is what I was seeking therefore its totally worth it (even though it was 10 euro for a 12 oz bottle). Can’t complain about this place, would recommend!

Visited after Quintessence. Average sized shop in the touristy center of Brussels. Nothing extraordinary in terms of selection, but they do have stuff that I hadn’t seen elsewhere in Belgium which is worth mentioning in a place where you would expect only the usual suspects. Prices are fair considering the location, if you have a means to leave town to buy beer though do so. A nice place to pop in and grab a road soda.

Big beer store in heart of brussels. Mainly belgian beers. Westvleterens were around 10€. Also lambics and other big bottles. Some vintages also. Many beer glasses. Good place to buy some beers to home.

Located in the touristic center. Nice store, quite large. Ambiance is weird because there is a decent amount of tourist in there along a couple of beer geeks. Serice was... non existent when I went. Good selection, mostly (only?) Belgian. No rare bottles, but some Cantillon and a good amount of nice beers. Prices are completely crazy on some bottles... for exemple, I can get a 750 ml of St. Bernardus Abt 12 for half the Québec!!! A lot of bottles are not as pricey - still a tad high though. Overall, not a bad store, but certainly not the best one in the area.

Visited this store just prior to joining Ratebeer. Made the trip to Brussels via train from London. Amazing day. Nice store, found the Westvleteren I had always wanted. Felt maybe a bit pricey, but well worth a visit.
