Small corner store located in downtown Sherbrooke. Selection is quite impressive with every local breweries with a couple hundred of KMs for this place is represented. They were also a few hard to find beers that were on the shelves. Nice selection of glassware. Staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Prices are fair considering the selection.
Last stop on my way out of Canada yesterday, I had a bit of Canadian currency that I didn’t want to bring home with me so what better way than converting it to beer? Small shop in the middle of town I guess, my GPS got me here. Parking is sparse, but I found a spot around the corner. Selection well, I have only gas stations to compare it to, but there were at least 300 labels I’d never seen before. I looked around for a few minutes and when the guy was finished helping the woman shopper he came over to help me. My French and his English weren’t a good match so he called over the guy who was putting a beer delivery away to assist. They went on to tell me that they carry only Quebec beers although I did see a couple of imports. They helped me spend the last of my money and assisted with packaging so these would arrive safely via motorcycle. Pricing seemed on par with what I would expect to pay in the States which seemed odd since everything else on this trip seemed expensive. I’ll go back in a heartbeat next time I’m in the area.
Visited several times when I was living in Sherbrooke a couple of years ago and went back recently. Small/medium store. Service is good and knowledgeable... the "new" owner is a passionnate. Selection is also pretty good with most of the Québec regular releases and some limited stuff too. Price are good on most of the stuff. The bottle shop to visit when you are in Sherbrooke.
