This is one of the least useful Binnyís locations Iíve been to. The location is accessible if youíre downtown. The set-up is warehousy with with too small a percentage of it devoted to beer. Only once or twice have I come across something here that isnít available at Samís.. although some solid stuff is available. Service was friendly and fairly knowledgable, but sometimes itís hard to track someone down.

A pretty solid selection, especially for a Pacific NW guy like me who hadnít seen some of the Midwest breweries like Left Hand, Jolly Pumpkin, etc. Nice warehouse atmosphere, didnít ask for any help but the people looked friendly enough. Good place to go for plenty of micros and Belgians.

This is the only Binnyís location I have visited. It is a functional bottle shop, though the selection was more limited than I had expected. I was looking for stuff I canít get in KS/MO and this place only had a few. Picked up some 3F Behemoth, Alpha King and Rabid Rabbit. Also the Alt Bier from Two Brothers. Since I was staying downtown without transport, the fact I could walk to this was really the highlight of the place.
76 = ★★★ (Worth the visit, must for locals, and visitors with time)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Surprised I havenít rated this before. Iíve been here a dozen or so times. Noticeably different than the schaumburg location. Beer selection is mostly the same, and i think it might be smaller. It seems like they donít have the bulk crappy beers like Hatuey and the like here. There are a few different beers that you wonít find in the surburban locations. mostly a bomber or belgian beer. Iíve never had somebody ask me if I needed help. Parking is tight. maybe a dozen spots. They have cheeses at this location.

I was not that impressed with Binnyís. The selection was un-impressive although there were a fair amount of Belgians. The local selection definitely needs work. Several workers passed me by and never spoke.

I visited the dowtown Binnyís a week ago, after our first big snowstorm of the season. It took me awhile to walk the mile from my hotel to Binnyís in the snow, but I would say it was worth it.
The downtown store is very large, but I was surprised at how little real estate was occupied by craft beer (much more occupied by beer and wine). I arrived right as the store opened (8am - which was very convenient) and zeroed in on what I wanted (this particular day it was saisons and bier de garde). Their selection was ample but not overwhelming. I asked one of the employees for assistance, but he did not have the beer knowledge necessary to answer my questions. However, he did go to the back and get someone else to assist me who seemed extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed that Binnyís had such a person on-hand at 8am. I will likely revisit either the downtown Binnyís (or one of the suburban Binnyís) the next time I am in town.

iíll pretty much never go back here. just wanted to check it out. same thing except weaker as all other binnyís. asked the staff if they were expecting DFH 120 minute IPA and they had no idea but told me to come back in a couple days.

Ok selection of regional beers, some belgians and it seemed a pretty good selection of czech beers. Average service. Decent.

Decent selection and in walking distance from the downtown core. As stated before, verry cramped beer section, but staff was friendly, if not knowledgeable.

I was hoofing it to Rock Bottom after meeting an associate for lunch when I encountered the store. Knowing Iíd be heading home from Union Station, I didnít intend to buy much. And I didnít, because the selection is a lot smaller than the Binnyís in my area. I did manage to pick up a La Choulette Biere De Noel and a Hook Norton Bitter. The staff that was there on my visit was clueless and rude, finding much better things to do than answer customer questions. If I lived in the area, Iíd shop there, but I wouldnít go out of my way for it.
