Visited the 6th May 2016 - This place is amazing. It’s just a mess but a beer mess, and I really like it. Maybe too noisy and too crowned for people but it’s just what I like. Good beer selection, the staff is impressive super efficient and really friendly. Beer is 5.5€ for 50cl... so it’s a good price. I didn’t try the food but I should do it next time.
Nice place, nice beers, good and attentive service, but also to overcrowded for its own good. Visited a thursday evening around 19-20 and there was a crowd of people drinking outside, inside was a clusterfuck just to get to the bar. The 3 barman was extremly busy, but took time to talk abit about the beers and whats on tap. Was invited to take some food from the free buffet, but choose not to since there was nowhere to put down our beers or plates. Beers was nice and fresh, but we left after the first round with the intent to return on a lesser crowded time. Never got to it as we learned the Lambrate pub down the street was open at noon on weekdays. So we vent there instead. Good prices, 2 pints and a bottle 2 go =16€. Would like to return on a lesser busy time, maybe just at opening time or very late before closing down.
Friend took me here for lunch, packed on a Friday. Therefor not to much attention from service. Great beer list, and great beers. Food is OK too. Recommended to anyone and for sure will return whenever get a chance.
One of the best pubs I have been to. The atmosphere is incredible and the staff is exceptional. 12 taps and some of their bottles that cover a fair range of styles and all perfectly served and in the afternoon accompanied with aperitivo. The brewery is just on the courtyard. A must visit if someone is in Milano.
This place had an english pub type feel and is about a 5-10 min walk from the lambrate metro stop. I got there around 630 when they opened at 6 pm and the tables were maybe 1/3 full, by 730 it was standing room and many people were outside drinking in plastic. All pints were 5.50 even for pints of their IIPA. The best part this included a buffet of food which included some very good items such as a chickpea curry, couscous with vegetables, and probably at least 10-15 other items. After 7ish some people did start to order food from a menu. Every beer I had was excellent and their ipas were on par with many US offerings which was surprising as many italian ipa bottles i had seemed old or outdated. The milan metro is very easy to use and this is not a long walk from the stop so I would definitely recommend stopping by.
