On site brewery and attached bar with 8 taps and food plates available. Beer range rotates with one off brews which featured two different single hop pales for example. Counter pressure growler fill station on hand for take aways. Friendly bunch of folks here.

Iím a bit surprised by the low ratings of this place. We stopped in on a rainy afternoon a day or so after Beervana 2014. Initially, I ordered a pint of the Verrity before my wife talked me in to the sampler so I ended up having quite a few of their brews here. All were solid though I wasnít a huge fan of the smoked beer. Anyhow, the brewery is seen behind the bar. They fill growlers for takeaway and while we didnít get any food, it did look and smell good. The sampler size was larger than I was expecting so you really get a good feel of the brews. The bar keepers were quite friendly. Plenty of tables large and small. They have a range of board games to entertain you during the beer drinking. Iíd recommend a stop in if you are in Wellington.

A nice compact brewpub in the heart of Wellingtonís entertainment district. Limited seletion of beer (their own) and best food is from surrounding restaurants.

Not impressed with this place. Staff was very friendly, and a taster of their six beers is available. But most of their beers were just not drinkable. Food is toasties from in house, or take-away from nearby restaurants - a good idea, but the fritters I ordered were too spicy to go with the beers. This place is best skipped, as there are many better places in the city.
