Stopped by for a pint, ended up with 3. Cool open yet traditional and old. Wooden floors and a horseshoe bar very good bottle selectionadn a great cask and draft selection as well. Did not try the food. Beers were cheaper than that Brash pub up the road and of similar quality. A very good pub that is right near the station.

Ok. First things first. You are not going to find much in the way of new scoops here. However, what you can be sure of is a bloody good selection of Scandinavian and American with a good lick of English and basically more than enough to keep you happy. This is one for those in the know. Honestly, you’re guaranteed a good night out here. I personally have bought some of the worlds beer elite here for Friday and Saturday night madness and the place has never let me down. Rock n Roll as fook all round. Josh really knows his stuff and everything is put together really well. You want a quiet night, go somewhere else. You want quality music, great atmosphere and a small but superbly put together beer list. Come here. No joke, the Black Heart rocks. Oh did I mention that I’ve seen some utterly amazing gigs upstairs. Yeah. Black Heart folks. I love this place.

No signage on the outside that we could see, just a black frontage, looked a bit salubrious, on the inside it is stripped out with wooden furniture and bare floorboards and a bit of a death theme going on, a place for vamires perhaps? However; the trepidation ended there, the welcome from the friendly bloke behind the bar was great, the cask beers were a good selection and well served. Better still, we were then shown the bottled beer list, which although quite pricey, was amazing in its range. This goes straight into our favourite London pubs list, great place.

On a back lane close to BrewDog & Camden Town Underground Station. Black on the outside, dark inside. A hard rock bar with 3 local cask ales available. Hard rock music played & 20% discount for CAMRA members. Satisfactory service. Worth stopping off at on the way to BrewDog.

Good pub in Camden with many local beers available. 4 casks and 6 or so taps. Friend service and free wifi.

NIce worn down pub. Rock-venue. Nice service. Ok selection. 2 casks and many rare tabs from Camden Town. Low prices. A place to go in Camden.
