High end natural foods with a decent local beer selection. Nice to grab some good food and beer and head back to your hotel room for a feast!

A whole foods grocery/co-op on the east side of town with a decent beer selection. Alright if youíre doing some shopping here, but not worth a stop otherwise, as you wonít find anything here that you canít find elsewhere in town, and their selection is limited by Bloomington standards.

Iím not sure why this is listed when there is a Big Red Liquors (for more common stuff) and a Sahara Mart (for more rare stuff) just down the street. I would come here for the food but beerwise it is very similar to a Whole Foods with relatively limited selection.

All of that said, if you are in a bind for some quality beer you could do worse. Thereís no junk here and a fair representation of local beers from Cutters, NABC, and others. Try Sahara Mart first and if they canít help then drive the short distance down the road here.

Nice to see this OG coop still thriving out by College Mall. It is in most respects exactly the same as when I was last here seven years ago, which is a nice thing. Food is yummy, sammiches and bread and deli stuff still strong. The beer section seems a bit scanter than I recall but whatís there is quality. Some typical Belgians like Duvel and so forth, along with Bells sixers, New Albany and Cutters, and Tyranena among other local and regionals. If youíre there youíll find some good stuff, but itís not a destination beer place.

For a natural food co-op, this place has a great selection of craft brew from around the country and virtually no crap!
