Went to grab a couple crowlers on a Friday night. Apparently, the tasting room is only open for the full tasting on Saturday, so I had to go around back to the industrial brewing area. Very nonchalant setup with a few taps, crowlers in a fridge, and the brewer lounging in a lawn chair. He was very friendly and enthusiastic about his beer. The spread of new sours and special beers is really nice, plus their old flagship beers as a worth the visit. This is a great little place, with quality beer, and better prices than the other breweries in the area.

Small homemade brewhouse, very ingenious. Outdoor seating area, then three separate small warehouse like things in a line. Accommodating and nice staff. Selection was a little slim, but same Georgia laws, so not like you can get through too many anyway. If you’re in Decatur, definitely worth the stop, and you can double up with Three Taverns. Also, there is a distillery that shares the same line of warehouses, which you can take a peak at as well.

This is a large warehouse style brewery, kind of spread out in multiple rooms. I didn’t take the tour, but it looked like about a ten barrel system just peeking here and there. There is a spacious tasting room in the front of the building, ten bucks gets you full pints of all five beers on offer, holy cow! And a glass to keep. Friendly bar staff had difficulty adjusting the amounts of the pours downwards so I could survive the night, looked like I was the only one drinking less than full pints. Beers were tasty enough, with the berliner weiss the stand out. There are picnic tables outside the tasting room as well, but no shade. Parking is interesting, with many spaces marked no parking, but we survived. A good addition to the growing Decatur beer scene. Score will increase as selection increases.

Industrial atmosphere relaxes you so you know they’re not all pretentious. Service is very helpful and friendly. Beer is their own brews, but they’re all good, if not cosmically outstanding. Outside area is nice if it ain’t too hot. Another must for Decatur residents and long-time visitors.
