A clean brewpub with some echos. There is a cement floor that is a holdover from itís old parking lot days and that adds character with the bricks that still show that it was a private parking area at one time. The beers I had in the reasonably priced sampler were all solid with no flaws. One of the brewers working was super nice and obviously passionate about good beer and staying local. Certainly worth a stop if you are in the area. I look forward to trying more beer down the road.
AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20
First of all, if I could give beyond a 10 for service, I would definitely do so for this place. Really nice people, that genuinely seem to care about their customers. The brewery is also great--clean, nicely decorated, TVs, not a bad location. Decent selection, with seven of their own beers on tap. The sampler is a very solid price (six 4oz pours for $6), but the barley wine (which was very nice) was a small pour for $8. Youíre given a bowl of pretzels, but otherwise food is not available for purchase. I think I read that you can have food delivered though. Definitely a cool place, especially given the area.
