Visited the brewery on IPA Day 2011. Small tasting room inside the brewery with a handful of taps. They got quite busy and the place was pretty crowded. Like most breweries in So Cal has some barrels aging deliciousness along the walls. I got a flight which turned out to be a hassle as the line was very long and I had to wait in between each brew. Food trucks outside in case you get hungry.

thurs-sun you can go to the brewery and drink their beer. really great atmosphere and people really enjoy it. on friday before 6 it wasn’t too busy but after 6 it was really busy and the line moved very slowly. There is always a different food truck outside so there is great food. Staff is friendly and they let you bring your own bottles so there is normally a bottle share in Thursday and Friday afternoons.

Kudos to these guys and despite my 74 rating I highly recommend checking this place out. They have severe limitations where they are and they are a young up and coming brewery that could use, and deserves support. They don’t really have a ’tap room’, more of a counter in the middle of this tiny brewery. They have about 8 taps all their own stuff or stuff they contract for others. Really nice guys, some great beers, some good one and a few that need work. I like the Knuckle Sandwich best and believe it or not the chocolate mint porter is not so bad.

What a fun mistake I made. I had the tasting room hours for the Bruery mixed up, and still needed a growler fix while in the neighborhood. The place was just a small garage with seemingly a lot going on. No rustic tap room vibe though. Patricia is amazingly awesome and efficient. Maybe too much actually. She was handing me sample after sample, before I could finish savoring one. Can’t fault the gal for keeping a thirsty man happy. It was neat seeing her rapidly handling multiple customers by herself. For such a small joint, they had a lot on tap to choose from. Something for everyone too. The value was great, as they can’t charge for samples yet. Overall, this brewery is vastly underrated. The beer is awesome and so is the small staff. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Small, essential. Good beers, small but articulated selection.

Went here on a Saturday. Tiny, crowded brewery in an industrial lot. Inside was crowded with barrels, palates and brewing equipment. No air conditioning. Fun little, down to earth place though. A few chairs, and taps leading straight to the cold storage. All beers were good. And all were free! Pretty fun, and good stuff. I’ll look out for the stuff in the future.

This is a very tiny brewery near the DMV in Fullerton. When I arrived, I was the only one in the tasting room. Aaron, the owner/brewer, handed me sample after sample, all free. They had everything from an APA to a lambic, to a smoked wheat to a foreign stout w/ chipotles. It’s small, informal, and the folks are very nice. I enjoyed the beers.
