Checked out Boscoís on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty decent place overall. Decent food but expensive food (had the burger ($12) and garlic fries), nice jazz band playing and and while the beer wasnít spectacular it was decent considering there just isnít much variety in Tennessee. Also, parking is at a premium. We parked on a neighborhood street behind the building. Itís probably worse on a Saturday night.

Cool little pub in the midtown area - beer comes from Ghost River Brewing. I had a pizza that the waiter recommended which was very good. Pretty basic brews, nothing really blew me away.

Visited here way back in 2005.
around $10/12 from downtown in a cab.
A balmy Ocotber evening saw us outside in the courtyard.
The joint was busy with a youngish crowd.
Service was good as was the food, had a really good burger.
Beers all from their own brewery which were ok but no world beaters.
Worth a cab out here from downtown.

This is one of my favorite places in Memphis. The food is great and the service is top of the line. I give the selection a high mark because of the variety of their own beer.

My wife and I checked out Boscoís, Squared on our way into Memphis, bypassing downtown a little bit to get there. The atmosphere is nice- bricks and wood, with a long oval-shaped bar, a side room, a patio, and a main dining room, where we sat. The wait staff was all right, not the most knowledgeable or attentive, but friendly. The selection was 4 year-round beers and 4 seasonal beers, all of which were available in an $8 sampler. Pints were $4.50. The beer itself is not bad but there were no standouts. The food is average pub fare; we had the Friday lunch special shrimp poí boy and fries. Overall, itís worth visiting while in Memphis because itís the only brewpub. Memphis is not a good beer town for a city of its size.

Stopped in on a Saturday night. This was quite a drive from the downtown area with plenty of parking behind. More upscale than most brewpubs I visit with food to match. The brewer seems to like well hopped beers. The Isle of Skye Scottish and their porter are examples. I had a fried chicken salad and my wife had an Italian pasta dish which were both very good. I asked my server about any beer that was not on the menu and was informed of a bottle conditioned Golden Belgian 12 oz. bottle. I didnít ask if other beers are available and had the 8 sampler. Samples were small (3 ounces?).

Stopped in at brewpub on a Tuesday night. Had 4 regulars and 4 seasonals on tap. All middle of the road brews. Nothing bad but nothing that really jumper out either. Friendly patrons. Had the grouper sandwich with parmeson garlic fries that were pretty damn good. Had a 8 beer sample, IPA on cask, and the meal for $25 which a pretty good deal. Worth a stop for sure.

Parking is sort of an issue here, but I found a spot which Iím not positive if I should have paid for behind the building off the alley. Ran in and was helped quickly, although one bartender said she hadnít had a Boscos beer in five years, which is an odd thing to say. Other than that standard Boscos, beer as expected, cask and bottles offered at certain times.

Easy to find location and since I was on my motorcycle the parking in the back was easy. Remodeled building with patio on the side which looked like the prevoius parking lot. Bar in the middle with kitchen in the back. Freindly staff and nice time spent with the brewmaster. The sampler was a good selection and enjoyed trying the beers. Did not have food. When I am back in Memphis, I will go again.

I really enjoyed this place. Parking was a hassle, but once we got in there, we were quite impressed. A very nice and clean brewpub, with a higher class menu compared to other brewpubs. I just ordered the burger, but it was pretty good. The beer was very good overall, with eight selections on tap. Good service as well. I would certainly come back.
