Great Little Italy spot close to Ballast Point. Open feel with taps of beer while u browse the bottle area. Good local selection with an option to chill bought brews. Hoping for some SoCal whales, but still solid beers. I like the open feel of the place. Parking sucks:(

Visited on 12/11/14 just after opening time.
Located just a block from Ballast Points Little Italy tasting room.
They had one beer on tap whilst we browsed the shop and it was fucken solid - Noble - Nelson Showers straight in at 4.1 on the rate front!
Good couple of hundred bottles, CA, US wide and a decent European selection.
The server was good vfm and I soon had him hunting for CDA’s around the shop.
Solid bottle shop, drink while you browse, what’s not to like!

Stopped here on my way back from Ballast Point (just a few doors down). Great place. Lots of bottles from all over. They will open and you can drink them there. Also had two flights for tasting - all decent. Great selection. Well worth a visit if you want to purchase bottles.

A nice little shop right next door to ballast point. A good selection of local imports and even some meads. Well setup and easy to find stuff.

Came across this place by accident while going to Ballast point nearby. Actually we parked right outside then noticed it. Great shop, with impressive selection, cold storage and refrigerated beers. Very helpful service. Place is spacious and airy modern and clean. Worth checking out if you’re nearby or visiting Ballast point kitchen.

Pretty solid spot in Little Italy. Not an overwhelming selection, but well chose and like the tasting room attached. Staff was nice.

Small bottle shop in Little Italy just up the street from Ballast Point. The selection is pretty solid, but the store is kind of laid out in a haphazard, seemingly sloppy way. Prices are pretty typical of other shops in San Diego. Kind of a comfortable, cozy little place. They have a tasting bar and they do flights, but it’s all from bottles.

Heard about this new bottle shop down the street from Toronado so I decided to stop in and check it out before heading up to Toronado. Atmosphere was typical bottle shop, people checking out bottles in the isles and a few others talking to the guy behind the counter. Service was decent. He asked if I needed help but I didn’t so he went back to helping others. Quality seemed pretty good, nothing out of date I saw and the shop was well maintained. Selection was pretty good but nothing overly amazing like some of the other shops I had visited in the last few days. Prices were a bit up and down, some bottles lower than the average while others were higher. Overall a quality shop for the area, I would return in the future.

Laid back, small bottle shop with a well stocked regional selection. Tasting room that allows dogs is a nice touch. Service is knowledgeable and helpful if you need it. Prices seemed a bit high, but not outrageous.
