This is a pretty cool little spot to grab some grub and have a beer. The dining area is a lot smaller than I would have guessed. There are a few tables in basically two sections of the restaurant. Thereís a reasonably sized bar as well. Not to say this is a tiny pub, I just imagined something larger. All the furnishings are wooden and rustic. There was a good selection of their beer available at the time. Boulder Beer has always been hit or miss for me on their offerings, but there are certainly decent options. The bartender was great. My only gripe about the ambiance was the incessant, lengthy noodling, jam-band music on the stereo. But this is Boulder, so what else can I expect? On Mondays they do a $1.50 pint with purchase of an entree during lunch. Thatís a stellar deal. I had the calypso sandwich. Iíd consider my meal on a par or better for pub grub in Denver metro.

Nice big bar, lots of seating in the bar area, restaurant area or outside. Decent beer, good service.

Lots of seating inside and outside, good bar area. Knowledgeable staff and fun tour to take! It gets crowded but there is usually only a short wait. Worth going for the free tour (they give you a bunch of free beer to split with the rest of the tour group afterwards!).

Iím surprised my score was this low. Itís not a bad place but it has a weird vibe to it as though youíve walked in on someone elseís work party. Itís a smallish brewpub located within the brewery but parking is plentiful. They only had 8-9 things on tap and itís mostly what you can find everywhere. I may have scored this higher if I liked their beer more, but I think this oneís only for the ultras.

This place is kind of hidden away in a commercial/office sort of neighborhood and is on an island of sorts surrounded by a street that goes all the way around the parking lot. The building is large and is separated into the restaurant/pub and the brewery. They have a good number of taps but a lot of them are bottled, so you wonít find a ton of special/tap only beers here. The place has some history as you can see by some of the labels on the walls dating back to the late 90s. Actually the website claims theyíve been around since the late 70s. I ordered a flight of everything despite having had many of them at one point or another. Hazed and Confused was my favorite behind the (I shudder to think) cask ale which was Cold Hop that night. Also tried a beer that was made for some local radio station that I canít remember the name of now (I was later told it was KBCO 35th Anniversary Ale). The service was friendly and attentive but I didnít need much, just a flight and a glass of water. Iím sure Iíll stop back in at some point but I can get most of the beers around CO on tap.

Nice atmosphere, large brewpub with medium bar and large patio. At least a dozen beers on tap at any time, with several seasonals that rotate. Some of the milder offerings are fairly forgettable but the cask, barrel aged beers, and imperial brews are good. Employees are usually attentive and friendly. Menu is mostly standard pub/taproom offerings but is pretty good and reasonably priced. Couple of TVs near bar for sports. Always a nice spot for a pint.

Sat in the bar for a couple of samples when waiting for a friend. Nice fast service, the guy behind the bar was very service minded and knew about the beers, suggested which beers to sample and in which order. Didnít eat, but could see myself go back. The outdoors seating looked nice too.
