The bad news is itís in an airport. Itís outside of security, so anyone can visit it, but itís very "hustle bustle," noisy, and a bit cramped. The good news though is itís in the airport, which means if youíre in Denver and canít make it out to Boulder, you can at least sample Boulder Beer on the way in or out. The servers are friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic about beer. They have an alright selection - about on par with what youíd expect from a tap house. They do offer food, but I didnít partake this time around. The value aspect is tough, you are stuck with airport prices, but itís not too painful if you keep in mind that you are at an airport. I give this a fairly high overall rating just because itís hard to achieve the taproom feel within an airport, but they do a pretty darn good job.

Back again on April 3, 2014.
One beer while waiting for my mate to pick me up from the airport. Always seem to be plenty of people in here, but not so much it gets crowded. Beer selection decent, service good, prices (of course) high.
Visited first time on on Oct 5, 2012.
Sat in the bar and sampled three of six draught beers that was on where I sat waiting for a friend. Rather pricy, but expected at an airport. Cool that it is located outside of the security area. Nice fast service, didnít eat.
Visited second time on October 15, 2012
Sat at the bar to sample three more beers I didnít have the fist visit or for my short visit to the Boulder Beer brewery earlier that day. Good service once more. Didnít eat this time around either. Nice place for a few samples when at the airport. Again, fairly expensive samples.

Ambiance: Typcial airport bar with small tables and a bar that can hold about 10 patrons
Service: The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the beers.
Selection: They had about 8-10 taps of Boulder beer. I donít expect more from an airport bar, so I was satisfied
Value: $7 pint for Boulder beer...high but consider airport inflation into it.
Overall, a nice parting gift as some airports donít have brewpubs within, so Ill take it any day

Located mere feet from the metal detectors, this place almost makes you forget youíre in an airport bar. They had 10-12 BBC beers on tap including seasonals. In fact it was a slightly better selection than you could get at the brewery taproom. The service was pleasant though lacking in beer knowledge with one bartender claiming Sam Adams Boston Lager was a brown ale. Still for a airport bar it ainít bad with even the draft prices semi-reasonable.

Quick stop during a layover onto vacation in Cali. Well I could say where it is located but it seems like everybody else has, so Iím going to waste more time writing this sentence than just saying where it is located. Didnít eat, just had a beer and left. Nice spot though. They have their own beers here, which is to be expected, with your typical airport prices. Check one place off for Colorado.

My favorite stop while on a 7 hr layover at DIA. Lets get the bad out of the way first since it has already been stated before. The location is outside of security and took planning. Although Denver security checkpoint is probably one of the most efficient I have ever passed through. They had an amazing selection for being in an airport with seven of their regular line and three seasonals. The bartender was very knowledgeable along with provided inputs on what beers I might enjoy. They have samplers and you get a deal on 3 at a time. Well worth the stop if you have the time.

Theyíve done pretty well for a bar inside an airport. Itís almost big enough to make it feel like a stand alone restaurant. There is a surprising amount of taps available. They didnít skimp on the selection. Itís before security which is kind of cool, unless of course youíre here on a layover like I was on my prior visit to DIA.

Typical airport bar, so not much to look at. Outside security, so you have to factor that in. 10 Boulder Brewing Co. beers, so not a bad place if you havenít rated their stuff. What you see is what you get.

Located outside of security at the airport. Stopped here during a layover as it was the only thing open after I left the New Belgium Hub. About 10 "house" beers on tap, most of which were mediocre. Looked like average at best food. Prices were on the high side. Wouldnít recommend going here unless youíre stuck at the airport.

Yep, another airport bar. The fake (er, faux) beer tanks I guess are there to make it seem authentic. There were 10 or so Boulder Beer brews available, plus some BMC for those who cannot hang.
